Their customer service is responsive and kind. Pros I love the feature where you can resend your email to a batch of subscribers who didn't open the first email. I also love that they recommend exactly when your email will most likely be opened. Cons I would love for it to costs less, but they did end up offering a non-profit discount for the first year. I use it to promote my work and my sales percentages increased, although I think it would help me much more to be able to maintain the quality of my photographs Pros It works perfectly to automate the sending of e-mail. It has pre-designed templates that save a lot of work time. It allows to know if an e-mail was opened or not and the number of clicks. Cons I work with photography and Robly has an image quality limit, which does not favor me when the client sees them through this medium. This is a great way to figure out if the content you're pushing is optimized for your audience. Plus it has the functionality to automatically pick a winner after sending a campaign to a test sample and then pushing that through to the rest of your list. Cons If you're trying to visually tweak the templates beyond their current present, you're going to have a difficult time. This may force to you use html which may not be in your arsenal. However, if you're happy with the templates, it's basically just plug and play. Pros Unlike other comparable email software, Robly allows unlimited sending of emails for users at a very low cost. Other software will limit the amount of email contacts depending on the price of the package. The best feature is the ability to resend the same email to users who did not open the original email, without having to manually have user do it. Cons The template designs are limited for the type of business that I do. I'm looking forward to seeing additional templates being added to their site. Review Source Chris C. Pros What I like most about Robly is the company's AI. Send times have always been a hassle for marketing emails, but Robly has taken care of all of it and it's helpful for our international customers. Cons What took some getting used to was the reports for our emails. It took some time understanding the reports, but now the marketing team has very little issue with it. The price is very good! The initial customer service team was wonderful to work with, they assisted with importing our contact lists and created a branded template for our use. The team is quick to respond, the online support is exceptional. Overall it is user-friendly. Cons Navigating is a little challenging at times. The templates are easy to set up and customize, all of the settings are easy to find and implement, and distribution is easy to track. Cons I haven't figure out how best to do a drip campaign, but that isn't necessarily robly's fault and more mine - however, having an option to plan out different types of campaigns would be nice, or being able to group related campaigns maybe by creating a Campaign Group folder or something like that. Robly is the antithesis of clunky Web 2.0 platforms. Simple & attractive, with fabulous customer service Robly, in my opinion, is the absolute best bang for your buck. Cons No negatives to speak of! Really impressed with Robly's customer service. I took a hiatus from newsletter and the team made it feel effortless to reinstate everything after 2 years! The live chat is my favorite feature and they are so kind and responsive. Cons Sometimes, I feel like I'm drowning in features. If there were a way to personalize 3 or 4 of my own templates, it would save me about 30 minutes setting up each email. Maybe there is a way to do it and I just haven't seen it for all the features. I love the features, but it's going to take some time to figure out. We use the product to communicate with our audience and solicit donations for a non-profit for people in need in Northeast Ohio. The templates they provide are clean and reliable and easy to personalize. I have been able to get into the code to make sure the email look exactly as I would like but you do not need to code html to use the product. It provides pre-coded sign up snippets which are configure in different shapes and contexts depending on where you want to use. The product has been very intuitive and easy to use and learning curve was non-existent. Highly recommended if you are looking for an email marketing solution. We love it Pros We use robly on a weekly basis and absolutely love it. Creating content is so easy and they have an abundance of templates to choose from. I really like how I can replicate an old campiagn. If an old campaign did good, I can easily replicate it and put some new relative content into it and it's complete! Cons Nothing at all. Robly, to me, is by far the best option for the price. They have some cool features and their prices are reasonable. The customer service is really good as well. Cons Like all email blast software I've tried, it can be a little quirky at times. Spaces where they shouldn't be, colors doing weird things. I've used lots of other platforms, but none of them have gotten the email opens that Robly does. I'm super impressed with how easy Robly is to use: everything from incorporating images, text, divider lines, borders, backgrounds, to being able to reach a Pro in customer service via chat in less than 10 seconds who REALLY knows how to get things accomplished quickly! And it is such a bonus to get the tips and techniques emailed on a regular basis to help me improve my email marketing skills. Cons Hrmmmm... That's a tough one... I guess the only problem I have had so far is just that I would like to see more creative templates for the embedded website subscriber sign-up form. I had three weeks go by without a single new subscriber (which is unusual). Fortunately, I have a son who writes code and was able to help me tweak mine to make it suit my needs. Pros One unique feature that works well is the fact that Robly with re-send the campaign, but with a different subject line in the email to aliases that didn't not open it the first time. It's a great way to sort of A/B split test your emails and also ensure you can appeal to various types of people and drive click-though rates. The company boosts increase in open rates of +50% and although we haven't checked all our figures yet (only been using for a few months) there definitely seems to be an improvement across our clients. The customer service is great too, i had a couple of questions and they got back to me immediately. Cons No cons. It maybe doesn't have as many features as some other tools i have used, but the whole point of us trying Robly is to just increase subscribers and email engagement in the most simple way possible. Firstly, the unlimited pictures option has been invaluable. CC charged to have more than jkust a few in your album to use. And, although I haven't used the "OpenGen" or "Robly AI" functions, I am about to do so. CC didn't even offer such a feature. The graphic interface is easy to understand. And, although it has a few limitations, I've always found that my final result is more than pleasing to the eye. Adding contacts is really easy, as is editing, deleting, etc. I also like the "Reports" function where I can see at a glance how my campaigns are doing. I'm very happy with the service so far (about six months), and don't see any reason to look elsewhere for other options. -Lance Pros Easy interface. Advanced features that many others don't offer. I feel they should develop a mobile application. For better usability. 2. Also update the design part a little, to make it look better. Other than these two there is no con that I can count.
