Very positive. I have no reall complaints or issues with the app and continue to use it daily since originally downloading a year or more ago.

Pros

It has a simple clean look to it that doesn't appear childish with colors or over cluttered upon launch of the app.

Cons

The fact that it doesn't have any self help attributes to it at all. It would be pretty simple of them to add in a feature for bible quotes, spiritual quotes or personal improvement quotes to your todo lists to just empower people randomly throughout the day. Sure not everyone would want this feature, but you may save a life from someone that was not doing well and read that one quote that changed their outlook.

Todoist is an essential part of my personal and professional life now. I started using it a few months ago and it has become indispensable. I find the priorities options with color coding, the day-to-day task organization, reminders and descriptions to be helpful and easy to use. I am so grateful for this app.

Pros

I have executive functioning issues, and I have been looking for systems or tools to help me organize and manage my professional and personal life. I went from small notebooks to the Notes app on my phone, but neither was enough for me. Todoist is helpful to me because I track projects, use reminders (for the much-needed automation that Notes and a notebook don't provide), and interact with the app throughout the day. I find it well worth the price and an excellent value, as it is such an essential tool for someone with executive functioning challenges.

Cons

I am the executive director of a non-profit. What a notebook and the Notes app provide that Todoist does not is a record of my work that I can refer to for board reports.

Todoist is consistently solid. I have tried well over a dozen others, so I have done my comparison shopping. Todoist is the one.

Pros

The thing that sets Todoist apart from other similar products, in my opinion, is ease of use. The layout of the product is intuitive, and it provides just the right amount of features, not so many that its boggy but enough that it gets things done.

Cons

No to do app is perfect, and the thing that makes Todoist a go to for me is going to turn off some people who feel like they need every single bell and whistle.

Todoist is one of those tools that just works. It’s simple, reliable, and helps you stay consistent without overcomplicating things. If you’re someone who tends to overthink or get overwhelmed, this is a solid choice. Customer Support is also very helpful whenever questions need to get answered. They also have helpful videos if you need more assistance. I purchased a yearly subscription and I am getting tremendous value for the software, thank you!!

Pros

Simple and easy to use This is the biggest win. You can jump in right away without feeling overwhelmed. Clean layout Everything is organized in a way that just makes sense. It’s not cluttered, which helps you actually stay consistent. Great for daily planning Perfect for mapping out your day, setting priorities, and staying on track. Works across all devices Phone, laptop—everything syncs smoothly, so you always know what needs to get done.

Cons

Can feel too basic at times If you’re trying to build out more complex systems or workflows, it might feel a bit limited.

Overall I have been impressed with this app over the past 3 months. I use it for school, work and my small business. This helps me keep things straight for one time tasks or weekly tasks like repeat assignments.

Pros

I love that I can use the app or computer version and they sync consistently. I also like that I can add # to different categories and organize them pretty quickly. Simple reminders help me remember even the daily tasks. This app has been a great body double, keeping me in check.

Cons

Sometimes the daily tasks do not remind me to check them off. So they can build up. This is an easy fix in settings.

I have had quite a great experience with Todoist and am glad of the services it has been offering. Todoist makes it easy for me to plan and organize my work making it easy to keep my work life organized and healthy. With Todoist, am able to clearly set which tasks i have for the day and this way, i get to do the right task at the right time.

Pros

Todoist has made it easy for me to clearly display my flow of activities by creating to-do lists. Todoist makes it easy to organize my daily operations allowing me to prioritize the more crucial tasks. Todoist had a team workspace that allows me and my colleagues to plan and work together during our team projects. Todoist has great privacy features which allows me to keep my daily routine information private.

Cons

Am a very happy and satisfied with all things about Todoist. It has never handed me any challenges or failed to perform as expected. For now, i genuinely do not have anything that i dislike about Todoist.

Pros

Ce que j’aime le plus dans Todoist, c’est sa clarté et sa souplesse. L’outil est à la fois simple à prendre en main et assez puissant pour organiser des projets complexes. J’apprécie particulièrement la hiérarchisation des tâches, les filtres personnalisés et la vue “Aujourd’hui” qui m’aide à rester concentrée sur l’essentiel. C’est un vrai allié dans mon quotidien de consultante et formatrice.

Cons

Ce qui m’a parfois manqué, c’est une vue chronologique ou en timeline plus visuelle pour planifier mes projets sur plusieurs semaines. J’aurais aussi aimé plus de souplesse dans la gestion des récurrences complexes. Enfin, certaines fonctions avancées demandent un peu de temps pour être bien maîtrisées.

After a colleague recommended Todoist to me, I have been consistently making use of it with looking back. Todoist have enabled me to take my work management experience to a higher notch by making it easy to plan and organize my daily tasks. With Todoist, i have never struggled to know which task am supposed to do at every particular moment.

Pros

Todoist offers task to-do lists that has made it easy to plan my daily tasks. Its dashboards offers a clear view of all my tasks making it possible to know what I have planned to do ahead. Todoist data safety and privacy tools help me to keep my work routine details secure and private. It also has a fantastic reporting function that gives me access to insights about my performance in task management and what i can do to make it even better.

Cons

I have not found anything troubling about Todoist. I have had a very solid experience with no challenges at all.

Todoist has been an incredible product for organizing my daily tasks and i have been happy for the quality of services i get. My experience with Todoist has been amazing and it has helped me improve a lot on my work management.

Pros

Todoist is easy to use and with its sleek user interface, am able to comfortably navigate through and make use of all the available features. Todoist also has comprehensive task management features which help break down tasks into simple to-do lists making it easy to organize my daily tasks. Todoist has interactive dashboards which offers a clear view of my daily plans and the tasks i have planned ahead.

Cons

Todoist has served me really well and i have never struggled with using its features. I have not found anything that i have disliked about Todoist.

Pros

J’utilise Todoist sur mon téléphone et sur mon ordinateur. Le pourquoi Todoist et pas une autre, car c’est la seule application où il est possible de renvoyer au lendemain les tâches manquées du jour.

Cons

Je l’utilise depuis des années et je ne vois aucun point dépréciable. Je n’ai jamais payé de version pro car la formule gratuite me va, tout simplement.

The radiator in my office is making this strange clicking noise but at least I can see what the development team is working on with regards to the Arctic Ice Thickness Project. We also use Todoist to track our software sprints here and thus far, it has not completely failed us. As a whole, it allows our remote employees to be on the same page without having to have meeting after meeting to discuss who is working on what. I am also grateful that I do not have to use spreadsheets to manually track client hours, nor do I have to manually submit weekly risk reports anymore.

Pros

I like the different views you can use in Todoist, i.e. boards and lists, as a lot of people like to work differently. I think the screenshot/file handling works pretty well, Todoist did not crash today after I tried to complete this. I was surprised that the AI actually broke down a huge task I had created into little pieces for me today, whereas I would normally expect nothing out of these kinds of things.

Cons

When you have thousands of tasks in one project (especially large Web Dev projects that have a ton of subtasks), it can get extremely slow. Another problem I have with Todoist is that you cannot assign a single task to multiple people.

Todoist has been a vital tool for me to keep my daily tasks perfectly organized allowing me to have an easy and healthy work life. Todoist iconic task planning functions allows us to have a clear approach to my tasks by getting to know what i need to do after what and when. I have had a very smooth experience with Todoist.

Pros

Todoist has elaborate task planning features like to-do lists that makes it easy to plan and allocate time for each tasks. Being able to access Todoist on the go gives me an easy time following up my plans when working remotely. Todoist has a well designed and clean user interface that makes it easy to capture tasks and create work plans. It also has a task sorting feature that makes it easy to find which task i need to attend to. I like how Todoist allows me to prioritize the more critical tasks first.

Cons

Todoist has not made me dislike anything about it. It does so perfectly across all areas showing no weaknesses at all.

To be honest, after pCloud, Todoist is the tool I've been using the longest. It helps me add important things and get them done on time. I haven't even considered switching to another tool until now.

Pros

I first came across Todoist around 2014. I immediately liked their simple design. But I didn't switch to Todoist because I was using Wunderlist at the time. I switched to Todoist after Wunderlist was discontinued. I haven't left it since. It's very easy to use and has all the features I need.

Cons

Recently, I've been missing important notifications a lot. Not all the time, but I've been missing quite a few. I've upgraded to the latest version, but the problem still hasn't been resolved.

Pros

The best thing about Todoist is that it is available in multiple formats. I use it as an app on my phone and some devices and as a browser extension on my laptop's chrome which is so helpful because they are synced all the time and I can easily update it from anywhere.

Cons

What I like the least about Todoist is that there is some latency when opening their chrome extension. It takes some time to load and while that is understandable, I really wish they would cache some data and then update it instead of a full load initially which would really smooth the user experience.

I have really loved my experience with Todoist as it has made it easy to organize and plan my daily tasks. With Todoist i have been able to have a healthy work life by getting to do the right thing at the right time. Todoist also makes it easy to monitor my tasks and track their progress.

Pros

Todoist has a great task manager that makes it easy to organize tasks. Its task sorting and prioritization functions makes it easy to perform the more urgent tasks first. Todoist has a clear dashboard that shows clearly the upcoming tasks making it easy to know which tasks to attend to next. It also has collaboration features that enable me and my work colleagues to work together in planning our projects.

Cons

I have genuinely not found anything to complain about Todoist. My experience has been so flawless.

Personal and shared projects. iPhone widget works great and shows you the days tasks at a glance. Can share it with other calendars (e.g. Google calendar)

Cons

Customised reminders aren't available on a free plan. Sometimes tasks on a shared project don't seem to show up on an asignee's calendar unless task is assigned to them

Pros

I love the simplicity of working with Todoist,has very minimal learning curve. I have found it incredibly easy to implement changes and adapt it to ones needs.Have multiple views eg task lists,kanban boards and calendar views.Very simple to add tasks.

Pros

I love use its clean and intuive interface to set my daily tasks, organize them or report them for next days.

Cons

Todoist isn’t a full-featured management app, so I had to switch to Notion and create my task lists there.

Pros

Todoist let me organize my days for several years with an app available on both my phone and computer. Unlike Notion, which I use today not just for tasks, seeing my tasks and their progress on mobile is more intuitive.

Cons

I don’t really see any downsides. My use was limited to setting tasks and checking them off once I finished with.

It was an okay experience. Not to bad. I think it could be better but it help me enough to manage tasks and things I had to do.

Pros

I like that I can track my task. I like that it will remind me of things that I have to do. I also like that it is easy to use and if I need to collaborate with other people I can.

Cons

I don’t like that I couldn’t really organize my task. I thought that some of the functions weren’t that easy, maybe it was because I was on the phone.
