For example, if I make a task list for today and don't get to every task, I need an easy way to add those unfinished tasks to tomorrow, or soon, or someday. The Any.do app does that way better. Pros Easy ability to add tasks to different lists, but it just was not convenient to rely upon as a daily task planner. Cons It was not at all intuitive for me. I can imagine that I will be integrating it more fully, and probably tapping into Zapier integration as well at some point. I like it enough that its definitely going to grow with my business, and it's a really fair price too. Pros its ease of use and the cross platform consistency. I use the desktop and mobile app primarily, and it's quite a consistent experience across both, so whether I'm on a client call on a web browser or on my phone, and I want to add a follow up task, I can smoothly do it either way. Cons Hmm, that's tough, because I quite like it. Perhaps, I'm not tapping into its full functionality, and for a relatively simple user like myself, it feels like there's a lot I'm not using. Also, this is a really small thing, but when I type a hashtag into a task title, and it doesn't suggest a slashtag underneath, so I have to manually type the entire hashtag, plus the slash to have it show up in the dropdown menu. I do create a lot of tasks, and so that little issue there is a bit of a niggle. The system is deceptively simple and powerful. Pros Todoist is simple enough to manage grocery lists and powerful enough to manage lightweight project management. Ideal for solo freelancers or small teams that need to juggle multiple projects. MCP implementation opens new possibilities and adding tasks with voice is a welcome addition. Cons The Google Calendar implemention lost quality. Before you could add tasks for different projects to specific calendars in Google Calendar, now all goes to the same calendar. Missing the ability to color-code tasks by project in Todoist own calendar and lists. The widgets are nice, and you can synce it to all your devices easily. Pros I like the clean userface that doesn't have ads and that even if with a free account you can have 5 projects with unlimited tasks. Also filters and tags are really helpful. Todoist allows us to have smooth transition of work during projects by giving everyone a clear overview of what to do after what. Pros Todoist is designed with a user-friendly interface that makes it easy for us to navigate through it at our own convenience. It has well laid out task lists that help us break down our projects into easily manageable to-do lists. It allows us to set automated reminders that keep us always on the lookout for upcoming tasks or any pending tasks that need to be attended to. Todoist also has priority lists that help us to create priorities for prioritizing the most urgent and crucial tasks during our projects.
