It allows you to plan everyday activities, this greatly simplifies my life. With the help of color you can prioritize, a convenient system, allows you not to forget about important meetings, dates and events, you can choose a beautiful theme for registration. Cons Strongly annoying insufficient cross-platform system. There is no possibility to make the necessary notes to tasks. For me, this is a serious drawback. The cropped free version, in general, is no good at all. The web interface is also so snappy. Various ways of re-scheduling items, there's a solution there for everybody. I thought having a mobile app to help would be a good solution, but I ended up going back to paper. Pros I was attracted to a mobile To Do list that could be used across platforms. After downloading the app and setting it up, I realized that it was more work than it needed to be. It seems like a great platform for someone that likes gadgets, as you are able to use your lists on multiple devices - and you can share tasks with other users. Cons Honestly, I prefer the feeling of an old-fashioned To Do list. The app doesn't have the same satisfaction when crossing off a completed item on a paper list. Review Source ML Michelle L. After a period of non-use, the email reminders stop until you log in again. Pros Todoist is very easy to use and allows for different projects and tasks within the projects. I was looking for something that would handle both personal and business tasks and this is able to accomplish that but lets me keep them as separate categories. If you are looking for a lightweight solution for managing to-do's, and not a heavy project management suite, Todoist is a great option and definitely worth trying out. Cons I wanted to go with the simplest task tracking software that would meet my needs, and ultimately I just needed a little bit more functionality than Todoist offers. I really wanted it to work out because i liked using Todoist a lot, but ultimately I had better success with something that offers more complex features, though the tradeoff has definitely been that I miss the simplicity of Todoist! I used it personally for a while after this but have also resorted to a notebook. I think we will try again in the future though and see if we can make the switch for good. Pros I liked having shared to do lists between myself and my employees. It also made it easy to know when we were out of products (or even supplies), we had a list started and the employees could just add to it. Cons I know that a few times I struggled with finding a way to fit a certain 'to do' item that I needed repeating into the software, but honestly there wasn't anything I didn't like. Organizing tasks by projects is the best way to do so, plus Todoist perfectly understands natural language for dates, etc, making task entry on the go a very simple... em... task :) Cons You'll definitewant to invest into the paid option. It's not pricey and you can pretty often get 3-6 free months codes (which stack) from reddit and various other forums. My only issue is the limit on the number of tasks in a project. I've tried to use Todoist for my reading backlog and (project: "Books") and got locked on the 101th entry.
