I am not a big user of this program, but I do use similar programs. My limited exposure to this program caused me to go looking elsewhere for something I could use for the smaller team I lead within the company.

Pros

We have utilized this program on a company-wide basis, and most people seem to like it. It is a decent tool for teams.

Cons

I personally find the organizational abilities of this program to be a little bit messier than I would prefer.

A stripped down free version. The mobile application is not available on all versions of Microsoft Windows.

Pros

I've used during three months. When properly configured, it allows you to quickly schedule, record and execute tasks. The free version, of course, is greatly curtailed, and it repels when you start with this application just to get acquainted. With a premium version, everything is much more fun. To organize time and work with the lists used to have a calendar and one note, so there is nothing to compare with anything else.

Pros

Being cross-platform, this application is very good to organize all my pending tasks using the mobile phone. Allows you to keep a record of tasks, link them with the calendar, post comments, among others.

Cons

What I like least about this software is that it does not allow me to use the voice notes to define tasks, because that would make it easier for me.

I have a problem with procrastination . Todoist has helped me drastically reduce the harm my procrastination does . It makes going through tasks feel like a game ,which actually motivates me to do what I'm supposed to do . It's my go-to productivity tool

Cons

The Android version is very far from my desktop experience

Pros

I like the ability to track to-do's. The interface is very nice as well. The tracking and list features are great.

Cons

Could be better integrated into other apps such as Outlook. Could be a little better user interface on the integration with other apps.

The fact that i could assign a time, date and tag while I was writing the note!

Cons

In the beginning, I didn't really understand that the tasks were strictly related to each day. The icons are not self-explanatory, they're a little ambiguous.

For the price they charge ,Todoist is a bargain if I've ever seen one . It helps me break down large projects in simple tasks ,which immensely helps me go through them .You can also use it for personal improvement goals .

Cons

Adjusting to dates and having an actual fluid calendar is something they can improve on .

The simplicity of the UI is what makes the app so powerful. From project management to simple personal reminders, Todoist is capable of handling most tasks easily.

Cons

Not really a con but for more sophisticated project management, I would look at other tools. Todoist does best when the tasks are very streamlined.

Pros

The collaboration tools which can be easily use to organise tasks is effective for enhancing productivity and improving output process in scheduling and planning.

Cons

Its integrated productivity and tracking charts with easy to use interface are only for premium account.

It's a good app for creating taks on your workspace. Works integrated with Gmail, so you don't have to leave webmail to check it.

Cons

The tasks must be associated with a email, when I started using it I hoped it would be a tasks control app in general, but it's too limited to only associate a task to a Email

Pros

Task management, d'uh! I use it to manage various tasks that pop up that are different from the project I'm currently working on. And it does that great.

Cons

Micromanagement of tasks if you create tasks for every little thing you do in a day, sorting by project etc. I tried this for a week and it was no fun.

Pros

I use this primarily for organization of my own to do items. The application on both my computer and my phone allows me to add items any time and anywhere. I've found myself more productive in my time using this program.

Cons

If I type "evaluate weekend report" into a new task, it automatically assigns it to a saturday or sunday. When in reality, "weekend" is the name, not when I want to do it. It's not a huge issue to resolve, but has caused me to have to change how I name my tasks a few times.

If you are looking for a simple to-do list on your phone, this is the app for you.

Pros

\- App is exactly what it claims to be, an easy way to create lists and check them off once completed - The app looks very clean and is very easy to use - Was able to add a widget to my home screen for simplicity

Cons

Apps like Todoist have very similar features and synced up to my calendars and these apps have other useful features. There is not a lot which sets it apart from other apps if you are looking for a bit more with the app.

Beautiful UI and UX, managing tasks is made extraordinarily easy with Todoist. For basic shopping lists, small scale projects, etc., it works wonderfully.

Cons

The free version does not contain as many features as some of its competitors', and the product has lagged behind those competitors in terms of providing modern task management features.

I like that it's easy to add entries. I can group different projects together. I set priorities and labels. It has one of the best smart time entries.

Cons

Some of the features are only available behind a paid plan, and it's not worth it. Maybe with more powerful features, it would be worth the money.

Pros

Great metrics for tracking productivity. The filters are a nice touch for sorting through higher and lower priority tasks.

Cons

Some of the icons are not intuitive and take time understand. Premium functions don’t seem to not be worth the cost.
