"Perfect project management application for a small web dev shop."

Overall: It's great. Highly recommended.

Pros: It's simple, straight forward and suitable for a small shop of 10 or so. Adding clients and users at no extra charge. The cost is a no brainer.

Cons: For us as web devs, setting it up and configuring, and customizing it is pretty easy. It may require a little assistance, for those less technical.
