"Great Costumer Service "

**Pros:** Good for small business growth, offering various loyalty journeys and strong team support. I would definitely use this opportunity to thank our account manager, Mario, for always being there for us and providing great support.

**Cons:** One notable limitation is the current lack of integration with a wider range of marketing systems to give us more options when choosing. In the meantime, the existing features still provide solid value.

"Strong customer support"

**Pros:** Kangaroo allowed us to integrate the same loyalty program across our in-store and online point of sales - and their team is quick and easy to work with.

**Cons:** There are still some issues with Kangaroo when it comes to creating double accounts when a customer has shopped both in-store and online. There team is quick to fix these issues as they arrive, but we'd love to see an update that eliminates this issue from occurring int he first place.

**Reasons for Switching to Kangaroo:** We needed a platform that could work both with our POS (Lightspeed) and ecomm (Shopify). Kangaroo offered that upgrade for us.
