They’re responsive and always willing to walk us through any questions! Cons Sometimes looking up customers can be a hassle, it takes you back to the first page instead of the page you found the customer on and takes time if you're rewarding points manually. They built our own branded app for our loyalty program, and we were able to take our time and deploy it to our clients in a strategic manner. Our clients earn points, check in with a QR code at the front desk, and we can send them offers by email, text, and push - one offer went out to over 16,000 clients. Any time we hit a snag they jump on it. Highly recommend! Pros Functionality, versatility and support were outstanding. Their ability to provide us answers when we needed them was priceless. Cons Perhaps could have learned about our business model more thoroughly before we implemented the product. We are unique in our industry due to our seasonality and have been in business for 25 years. Translating some of this was a challenge on both vendor and client side.
