I really enjoy working with our account rep, \[sensitive content hidden\] she is so helpful and makes working with Kangaroo very easy. There's also a lot of great options for cool reward programs for our customers!

Pros

It's very user friendly, its modern and easy to use. I like the AI features that help you make your emails and subject lines better. I really like our account manager because she is so helpful and I feel like always has our back and our best interest in mind for our business and overall success.

Cons

There are some integrations that don't completely connect with our point of sale system but hopefully more features will become more seamless soon!

Overall the experience has been great. It does 99% of the things we wanted it to do, and the other 1% is just quality of life things. Alex M. has been very helpful in fixing what few issues we've had!

Pros

The software is easy to understand and use. It integrates with our system easily and the process is intuitive through our POS.

Cons

Overall it works pretty well for what we need, but we do wish the Basic Plan came with a few more features. Additionally, sometimes, when logging into our account through Kangaroo, we have to wait for a second, reload the site, and log in again for it to pull up. This is just a small inconvenience though.

Nothing but positive. There are not a lot of Reward programs the integrate with Lightspeed, and they do it very well and integrate well with BigCommerce. The functionality on BigCommerce is so much better and cleaner then the other apps we tested. Also, their support has been the best compared to any other app we use on our website.

Pros

The support team. They have been amazing, and do a fantastic job getting any issue we are having resolved quickly. It is usually a mistake we made, and they get it cleared up right away. It was so easy for us to get up and running. Super happy with its performance, and so easy to use.

Cons

I really don't have any negatives, super happy with the software. We haven't has any negative experiences.

They had a bug and were charging us for old customers, and could not give us a work around. This made the cost triple what it should have been. There several bugs, referrals never worked. Support was not good to work with.

Good for small business growth, offering various loyalty journeys and strong team support. I would definitely use this opportunity to thank our account manager, Mario, for always being there for us and providing great support.

Cons

One notable limitation is the current lack of integration with a wider range of marketing systems to give us more options when choosing. In the meantime, the existing features still provide solid value.

Pros

I really like how Kangaroo makes earning and redeeming points simple and rewarding. The variety of partner brands is great, allowing me to collect points from different places and use them flexibly. The app is user-friendly ,and the rewards and offers feel valuable and relevant.

Cons

At this stage, I haven’t noticed any major drawbacks, everything has been running well. If you want, I can make it sound more casual, more formal, or more “customer-like” depending on the vibe you need

I highly recommend Kangaroo because the product does what it says it will do with staff that provide excellent customer service. My customers are thrilled that they are now earning rewards and redeeming points!

Pros

Stellar customer service with Product Experts that genuinely want to see clients have success with the product. I appreciate the set-up guidance and suggestions as well as the on-going follow up. I also like that I can offer bonus rewards or other rewards tiers very easily.

Cons

I am hoping to see a more streamlined sign up process for our customers and staff as we have to complete data entry in the Kangaroo platform as well as in Lightspeed. I would also like to see an auto pop-up in Lightspeed when a customer has reached a reward rather than having to click a button to check status.

Excellent, easy to sign up and get started and no problems with the app. It is hard to find consistent great customer service with companies...but Kangaroo has had consistent customer service. Your not just a number, sign you up and forget about you, \[sensitive content hidden\] makes sure I am looked after.

Pros

Great product our customers love playing the "spin to win" to win discounts, extra bonus points or a $1 pre roll. The app is easy to set up and the customer service is fantastic with Kangaroo. My rep \[sensitive content hidden\] did zoom calls to get me set up and checks in regularly to make sure I am not experiencing any problems and answers any questions I have promptly.

Cons

Can't really think of anything other than I wish it was less money.

I really like Kangaroo mainly for the stability and continued improvements that has outlive so many of my other software tools. I like it that I can rely on Kangaroo instead of having to changes vendors like my other software tools.

Pros

Kangaroo has been a steady program for my business since I first joined them years ago. I have since gone through multiple other software for my POS and Inventory management needs and Kangaroo has been able to adapt and scale with my changes through these years and has actually improved as we upgraded our other software. We continue to adapt to the ecommerce channel and I am confident that Kangaroo will be there with us through our future changes.

Cons

There's really no cons since every issue that we've had has been addressed by their support team and they always find a solution even if it isn't always the exact solution.

Really appreciate the customer support both during set up and while creating promotions. I can do so many more promotions than any of my previous text marketing platforms.

Pros

Great pricing and really helpful support. Also as robust as you want to make it, I'm sure I'm only utilizing less than half of the things I could be with Kangaroo. Definitely glad we made the switch to the Roo!

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind, the change over experience has been almost seamless and whenever I have trouble figuring out how to do what I want, customer support is there to message in seconds and will jump on my screen if needed.

While our organization is new using Kangaroo, we have been very impressed with the responsiveness, availability and helpfulness of our Customer Support Rep. She is amazing!

Pros

We are very early in our engagement, so it is a bit difficult to fully know where this is going to land. However, we have been extremely impressed with the support/training we have received. Furthermore, the app seems to be very user friendly, so far. We are excited to initiate campaigns in the near future and are excited to partner with Kangaroo to help us reach our customers via the app.

Cons

I am not a programmer, so please take this comment with that in mind. From my perspective, I am thinking it could be helpful if there were some sort of "standard template" that guided you through the initial set-up to ensure you had all of the information in place to "burst onto the scene". It feels a bit like we have been starting in the middle, but I do have to acknowledge some of that is from our end, too. One suggestion - provide some documentation/FAQs so that I could look up steps or try answer questions on my own. Our rep is awesome and I know there are other contacts to reach, but a user guide would be very helpful, too.
