Pros

I like the layout and features. I like the website integration and ease of changing basic items on website.

Cons

I wish there were more options for sending texts/emails ie auto email/text wjen ppl are late paying for a pmt reminder. I wish there was more customization options. We have glitches with some clients not getting texts even though they r signed up for reminders and ph # is correct. I would love it if system help was more staightforward i dont like how it is barebones. Many features dont seem to have an explaination. Ie what is the point of marking a job complete as the system does it automatically. I wish once a job was marked complete that it sent a text/email to client to inform them their cleaning is done and the yotal cost is x.

Pros

How much functionaility is in it. We're mainly using it as an online booking/scheduler/price quoter, however there's several upgrades we'll certainly be using soon.

Cons

I think everyone wishes things we're cheaper, so there's that. lol But it can be a bit much to try and learn to use at first, but once you do get it down, I don't really have any other complaints.

Overall it’s been good. It’s taken me a long time to find a lot of the best features. It’s made running my business easier for sure.

Pros

I like that it has all the fire features i need to run my business, and Automates a lot of running the business.

Cons

I don’t like that I can’t handle payroll directly from launch. I wish it was easier to see what a team was supposed to be paid and pay them directly from app. I have to do a lot of this manually still.

The greatest things are you can program whatever you like, and also to do automatic things, to send emails, reminders, put hold on the accounts, charge, etc.

Cons

There is a small things like dashboard indicators, that may be sorted in another way, then they are right now. For example, to choose period of time for some indicators is not possible.

Business start, business automation, helps with growth.

Pros

Booking form, back-end automation, regular updates, Team listens to users and makes changes as needed. I can easily edit my schedules, prices, service offerings etc.

Cons

I really don't have a whole lot of complaints. Reporting could be improved, other than that there is not a whole lot I would change. As I said earlier they continue to improve the software. The more advanced versions are fairly expensive, however I am on one of the basic plans and plan to move up when needed.

Our company appears bigger than it is.

Pros

Live the ease of use of this scheduling, Reminder & Billing software. It's easy to use both on the front end of our website and the backend. It allows customers to book online and for me to schedule over the phone. Send automatic reminder and quality surveys. Can't go wrong with this product!

Cons

The schedule could have a better interface or visual if running multiple teams. As a solo owner operator of is very straight forward now but could be an issue as the scaling begins to happen.

I use Launch 27 for my maid business. It's fantastic, and customers love it! The admin interface is very easy to use and understand. Creating new bookings, charging customers, sending payments, and exporting customer data (email addresses, name, phone number, etc.) is a SNAP! All credit card information is fully secure and encrypted, which is a huge bonus for customers. My favorite thing about L27 is the customer login portal. It allows customers to self-serve and update their own information. If they want to change a booking time, no problem... they can login and take care of that. If they want to update their CC information, or schedule a new booking themselves, they can do all of this online. This is a huge bonus for the customer, as it's a time saver. It's a HUGE bonus for my business as well, as it reduces phone calls and the overhead that comes with customer service. The customer service for L27 itself is great. They are very quick to respond to concerns, and are always updating the software. They are very aware that their software is a lifeline for local businesses, and as such, they schedule updates and downtime in the middle of the night to avoid impacting customers. All in all, I would recommend Launch27 to anyone with a local business. If I start another local business, I will definitely use Launch27 to power it.

Pros

Booking management, and customizations. I like that it sends automated emails to bookings. I also like how I can shut off days.

Cons

The customer support doesn't understand my questions. I wish tips could be added and be recurring. I have customers who want to tip every time and they don't like having to go in each booking to add a tip.

Makes my day to day operation so much simpler.

Pros

Easy to use - can be customized to my prices - user friendly for customers- I love that I can use it easily from my phone anytime anywhere

Cons

no live person all the time, I was confused at first at how to set it all up and where to find help. Didn't realize till after I had it all set up that there was a Youtube channel too. Should be a downloaded printed handbook we could give to our new employees to help walk them through logging in each day, etc.

Hands down the best housecleaning business software. We used Service Auto Pilot for about six years and overall we think it's a great system but Launch27 is on another level. Launch27 saves you time, money, and best of all it helps you make money with their booking system!

Cons

I wish I can just pick up the phone and talk to an agent if I have a question or issue. Unfortunately, the fastest way to reach the customer service department is through a message.

I have been using L27 for the last 2 years and it really is the complete package. I would go as far as to say that the success of my cleaning business has relied on the fluid functioning of L27 and it has not let me down. When I started using L27 it had all the essentials that you might need. A handy booking form (easily integrated in to your site), ways of setting up teams (staff), an easy way to view one off/recurring bookings, create them, send them to teams etc. Then over the last 6 months or so the team at L27 clearly decided to start ramping up the features and every couple of weeks they are making new improvements and adding excellent new features. Wherever its a custom booking form, options to add team availability, or simply little tweaks to make the whole program a little easier to use. They listen to user feedback and are implementing changes promptly. In general, the only fault I personally have found is every now and then I lose connection and my L27 account appears to go down for 5-30 minutes. This has only happened a few times and only for short periods of time, but it is the only real negative that I can think of. To be honest, this could even be something with the Australian ISP so I wouldn't read too much in to it.

Just very convenient and easy to use. Easily can schedule bookings, send confirmations. Easily managing my bookings. Overall very satisfied. I am pretty sure there will be more improvements coming and will make us happier.

Cons

i just wish the mobile browser is little easier to use !~. Haven\`t had a chance to use the mobile app yet but maybe Launch can offer us something so we can try us out. Because pricing is too much for the app.

Like that the software has a easy to book platform, and sends out booking invites to cleaners, works great for agencys who use independent cleaners.

Cons

Wish it has more capabilities for reviews, linking to yelp or google directly and having more intergration with CRM notes on customer calls, what they called in for etc. . customer contact notes via a time and date stamp a task board and checklists, also cleaner manual reviews.
