Being able to have one interface to manage appointments, client profiles, client payments and also team payments has definitely made our day to day operations so easy! Our teams, clients and administration have access to the portal, each have access to the pertinent information needed. For example, our clients are able to re-schedule and or cancel their appointment through their portal. Our teams, are able to view the schedule ahead of time and receive rating emails from the clients they have serviced. This tool has helped with the communication, as the teams get to see exactly what the client said about their service quality. Their customer service is up to par with our expectations. Whenever we have an issue, question or suggestions, the L27 staff has always been prompt to response. They have also catered to our specific needs and we feel confident that any if any issue should arise, it will be handled timely. Seems like there are many kinks I am unable to work out but I feel could be worked out if I spent some time with someone from the company learning how to better operate the system. My business did an incredible changed after I started using this software. It automatizes all the process since the client books an order, to the reception of the email allowing you to make notes just visible to the cleaning team, adjust price etc... The cleaning team always gets the information in their cellphone and one of the best things is the automatically payment you can do to your through the platform. You can also see the monthly sales, filter your calendar by day, week or monthly. It has another extra feature (among several) that allows you to customize the booking form, and integrates some other features that makes customer service really smooth. It also integrates with other apps which is very useful and the customer service is very fast, attentive and impressive. They are always there for you in the chat that is integrated . Pros - simple to manage multiple teams - integrates really easily with Stripe for processing payments - Built in customer login allowing customers to manage their own bookings - Built in contractor login allowing a simple interface for contractors to manage their bookings & schedules - Web based so fully functional on all devices, which is super handy when I have to trouble shoot some logistics and can do everything on my mobile!! - A simply amazing customer support experience - Rapidly developing and improving the software with new features released almost weekly Cons - not globally compatible yet.
