Everything about Launch27 is amazing - super easy to use interface (but not restrictively simplistic), easy integration, tons of customisation, a dev team that is highly responsive to feedback, a well-trained support team who go above and beyond... I could go on for days and I haven't even mentioned a single feature! I think the reason L27 is so successful is because it's run by people who own local service businesses themselves, so they really know what features are needed and how to increase sales. The discounts codes and customer referral codes almost guarantee you'll get sales, not to mention the recent game-changing integration with CartHook. Anyway I'm rambling and dragging on. L27 has given our customers the ease and convenience of booking service online while at the same time reducing the work load of my office staff. Coming from a software development background, I can really appreciate the work that goes into creating a product like this as it offers a great deal of functions and possibilities for customization. Despite these perks, the thing that I appreciate the most about the service is the great support! I feel that the company owners listen to the feedback and of their customers and rely on that feedback when making enhancements / improvements. In the year that we have been using the software, I can see numerous areas where our feedback and that of others in our industry have directly shaped the product. I also love that my staffs schedules are sent every night so I know they know where to be the next morning. Cons It takes a lot of effort to set it up but it is totally worth the time. It is a bit pricy but I think it is worth it. Appointment setting use to be a tedious and extremely time consuming part of my business. With Launch27 we're able to plug new clients in the system either by booking them ourselves or having them fill out their nifty booking form on our site. Once they're in the system I can automate recurring visits, the teams that service them, and the clients can even manage their accounts (bookings, payment, etc) as well saving us tons of time and money. The best part, when I run in to any issues their awesome customer service team is a quick chat message away! They're always friendly and prompt, as a service provider myself I know how far a great customer service experience can take you and Launch 27 has definitely exceeded my expectations. They did a virtual tour for me which was very informative and gave me a good grasp on how to run the software. The software itself is really simple yet incredibly useful. I made well over $1000 in my first month which I never could have done without L27. It's still not complete and it's clear that it's only going to get better and offer more features. I'm not particularly tech saavy so there is a slight learning curve as I figure out each new feature but it's well worth the effort. If there is any area that could be improved is more ways to get questions answered. My website looks absolutely beautiful now! Cons The employee hours are calculates in minutes and not decimals, so it makes payroll take a while. Because everything else is so great it makes it easy to look past, but hopefully they will update that one day.
