Ive never owned a business, had much of an idea with online software in general, website, scheduling, you name it i was clue. L27 was very convenient and as easy as it gets. It really is the reason I was able to grow and stay in business. I don't see myself ever switching or even trying to google another software out there. The software itself is amazingly simple to use and the best part is that the Launch27 team is constantly taking customer feedback and making improvements....I never have to worry about recommending changes because they are so on top of constantly improving the software and functionality. Once you have the software you're also part of the "community" of businesses they built, which is an extremely active forum and helps you grow your business. Compared to another software we were using in the past Launch27 due to its interactive nature has helped me grow my business by attracting more clients. Pros The potential that it has of enhancing consumer and business relationship and interactions. Scheduling can be improved and possibly customized, the automatic follow up emails help make it easier for customers to send quick valuable feedback, and most of all I would say that the fact that the customer has access to the portal gives a nice feeling of being part of the business by seeing their scheduled cleanings and being able to quickly reschedule or cancel visits at their convenience. Easy to edit and freedom to modify the way you want. Clean and simple UI, which is good for customers, automation is key and this SaaS tool does that. Some functionalities are limited outside the US, for example the banking link for cleaners. Customer service with the Launch27 team though has been smooth and exceptional. The product could have been bad I would still be using it cause the customer service is so great! But it happens to be a very powerful product, well built to suit the cleaning business I am running, easy to use, a few glitches but the product is in constant evolution. The setup was fairly easy to walk through and there is a learning curve but its not bad. The advantage of having a booking form on our site with the ability to create discount codes, referral programs with other customers and the self service feature is excellent. Coming from a person who's worked all over asia and lived there most of my life, L27 tech support is second to none - even for a Singaporean.
