We've had some rough patches but the customer support has always been good, which allowed us to work through it. We have now expanded to using two of their services and our personal business has expanded with their help. I'd suggest giving them a try because I know we will be with them for quite a while. Lower that price! I understand what your product and services bring to the table but it's too much of an up sell. Also, a nice redesign of the dashboard would be welcomed as well! The software is great, especially for communications with customers and calendaring. The support is very responsive and quick. However, I wish there were more training videos. They are very responsive with enhancement requests, and quick to deploy them. I love the automatic email scheduling. Only negative is I don't know which bookings are confirmed or not. I wish there was a bit more of a status option -- maybe I missed it.
