Pros The speed of response from their support desk is superb! I work in Asia, specifically GMT+8 hrs and when I needed help with logging into my website, someone from the support desk, NOT A BOT, responded to my message, within a minute and got it resolved in the 1st go. Cons Simvoly keeps improving and adding new features, which is great but I hope our original plan does not get downgraded. Anytime I had questions, the support team was there to help. Now, I've built several websites, funnels, and courses for myself and clients, and I’m very pleased with both the personal and financial rewards. Overall, it’s been an excellent experience. Pros What I like most about Simvoly is how it perfectly balances innovation and stability. It's simple to use and powerful. The support team is awesome, they make me look good. My clients love the user experience. When my clients are happy, I make money and that makes me happy. Cons Not applicable. Simvoly has not let me down in any way. It started off great, but once I began to actually test things out, it went downhill from there. Pros I like the templates, which are clean, modern and beautiful. Cons The software just isn't up to the competition. For example, Simvoly has an excellent course template page. However, there's no way to upload material to the actual course. And their membership feature also leaves a lot to be desired as it's just clunky and convoluted overall. Pros I have never seen such incredible customer service and tech support as this. I'm asking stuff almost daily and they respond immediately. They cover everything and even if not they are very helpful and sign post me to where I need to go. I've learnt tonnes in the 2 years I've been on this platform. My website and especially my scheduler that is branded and not Calendly like everyone else's makes me look sooooo professional and it makes me really mean my business. Even for this one feature I recommend it. My secure payments on the shop are incredible, I can even take monthly membership payments from all around the world which I do and this engenders great security for my clients. Cons I would love it to be more affordable for myself as a solopreneur so I'm offering the affiliate program out now because I stand by the quality. Cons It could have a limited free tier available, it would be a great tool to further promote the platform and the 14 day trial can be insufficient to get everything ready. Cons The only con I can think of right now is initially, It's a little confusing to figure out where a lot of the settings are including creating anchors for your page as an example.
