The app is simple, clear and easy to understand. Was an easy transition from paper time cards to electronic. Cons Back end setup works differently than I am accustomed to with other timekeeping softwares and there is no organized way to make suggestions. WE HAD TO USE A MIDDLE SYSTEM TO BE ABLE TO PROCESS WITH OUR SYSTEM. Pros THE SYSTEM IT SELF IS PRETTY EASY BUT A LITTLE BIT DATED. IT WAS EASY TO USE THAT WAS A BIG PLUS BECAUSE NOT EVERYONE IS TACH SAVY. Cons THE CONS WITH THIS SYSTEM IS THAT IT IS DATED AND IT DIDN'T INTEGRATE WITH OUR ACCOUNTING SYSTEM VERY WELL. Then had to get file claim with bank to get refund... It is reasonably priced and provides many useful features. We mainly switched to a new program because we changed accounting software and the new program was more integrated with another payroll software. Pros Exaktime allowed field workers to punch in and out of specific cost codes on each individual job. There was good reporting and monitoring, allowing supervisors to review and approve timesheet before submission. Cons We were unable to have field employees elect when they were on a travel job and should receive per diem, so we handled this through other means.
