It's been great as this whole software has given us productive outcomes with the staff call-to-call progress, although we have had a bit of a glitch. however, the whole experience has been great those visions were updated leaving the progress moving with happy staff.

Pros

Well, using the Euphoria software has made the world of telecommunication a lot easy, as it really has made our remote agents able to work from home, the software is not that complicated to use as the how programming is not that complicated.

Cons

Well, awesome Euphoria can, but believe they need to improve the visions of the software, as Visions 6, 7, and 8 started up around, September and October leaving half of the staff on the 3rd floor not paid well as they couldn't work, however the I.T management figure out the problem and when about to come back with a solution.

Pros

The fact that you can be remote and make phone calls makes life easy. ability to pull call recordings to listen to and evaluate. pulling statistics daily

Cons

when the system is down it affects the productivity of the team
