The platform has enabled us to successfully digitize and streamline key occupational health and safety processes that were previously managed through multiple systems and manual methods. One of the most valuable aspects of Effivity is its comprehensive Risk Management System, which allowed us to develop and implement a centralized risk assessment process supported by a robust master hazard register and standardized risk assessment methodology. The Inspection Module is equally impressive, providing a complete workflow from inspection planning and execution through corrective action assignment, automated notifications, verification, closure, and reporting. The workflows are highly logical, intuitive, and practical for real-world operations. Compared with other international systems we have previously used, Effivity offers a more streamlined and user-friendly approach while maintaining strong functionality and flexibility. The implementation team demonstrated strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to understanding our operational requirements. The platform has become an important part of our efforts to strengthen safety management, support ISO 45001 implementation, and move toward a unified and integrated digital environment. We highly value our partnership with the Effivity team and appreciate their continuous support and commitment to customer success. Pros Effivity is highly configurable and aligns well with ISO 45001 and occupational health and safety management requirements. We successfully implemented and customized modules for Risk Assessments, Corrective Actions, and Inspections, allowing us to standardize workflows and improve accountability across our laboratories. The platform is user-friendly, provides good visibility through dashboards and reports, and supports end-to-end process management. What stood out most was the responsiveness and commitment of the Effivity support team, who worked closely with us throughout the implementation and customization process. Cons We have not encountered any major challenges with the platform. Like any enterprise system, certain advanced customizations may require support from the Effivity team; however, their responsiveness, technical expertise, and solution-oriented approach have consistently ensured smooth implementation. We have also seen continuous enhancements to the platform, including reporting and mobile capabilities, demonstrating Effivity's commitment to ongoing product development and customer satisfaction. Effivity provide a platform that is comparatively good value and professional contact persons. Cons Limitations in current platform functionality, but partly made up for by strong willingness from Effivity to develop missing functionality.
