Pros \- Great technical support to customize the different modules. - Notification system to users when handling documents and reporting - Broader use than ISO systems., Can be integrated in different processes of the companies. - Continuous tool evolution Cons \- Some customization requires technical assistance or some level of competence. - Could be better at translation of the "select" fields to make them more friendly for users from different nationalities. The platform has enabled us to successfully digitize and streamline key occupational health and safety processes that were previously managed through multiple systems and manual methods. One of the most valuable aspects of Effivity is its comprehensive Risk Management System, which allowed us to develop and implement a centralized risk assessment process supported by a robust master hazard register and standardized risk assessment methodology. The Inspection Module is equally impressive, providing a complete workflow from inspection planning and execution through corrective action assignment, automated notifications, verification, closure, and reporting. The workflows are highly logical, intuitive, and practical for real-world operations. Compared with other international systems we have previously used, Effivity offers a more streamlined and user-friendly approach while maintaining strong functionality and flexibility. The implementation team demonstrated strong technical knowledge, professionalism, and a genuine commitment to understanding our operational requirements. The platform has become an important part of our efforts to strengthen safety management, support ISO 45001 implementation, and move toward a unified and integrated digital environment.
