It has been invaluable in helping me understand and explain to others how much time I work and what I spend the bulk of my time working on. It honestly helped me save my job by having written evidence of how much I work and how productive I am. Cons The only con I might have is that it's free for individuals. But, if I wanted my whole team to use it, I would have to pay. But, honestly, it would proabably be worth it. Pros The most important features for me is that I can keep track of the time spent on different projects and that I can track the type of tasks that I perform on any one project. This helps me when I o to price a job. I also like that I can manually add a time log and expenses. Cons Maybe I haven't figured it all out yet but there are times when I am not sure if the timer is running or not which is quite worrying. It has always been quite a painful and boring process, but since I have been using , time tracking is a fast and easy process. Cons Actually I haven't had a single issue in all these years. Pros I was impressed by its intuitive and easy to use interface, I was able to log my time on different projects and tasks, this is extremely simple and efficient. In addition, the fact that I can access this platform from any device, be it my computer, tablet or mobile phone, has allowed me to keep constant control of worked, no matter where I am. Cons One of the points that I would like to highlight is the need for a constant internet connection to access the platform, sometimes if I am in a place without connection or with a weak connection, I cannot use the platform effectively. Pros I like the ease of starting my time and then stopping my time, by client, with just one or two clicks. My work often requires that I switch from client to client and makes it very easy to do that. At the end of the month, I can quickly prepare a report and get my monthly billing to my customers. I'm sure there are many features I'm not even utilizing. Cons The report functions are a little confusing to me... but they are constantly improving the software. I am able to track and report time for multiple clients and differentiate multiple projects per client. I also love how easy it is to edit previously entered time when I see that a mistake has been made. The export to Excel feature is extremely useful and allows me to quickly create invoices in my bookkeeping software. I'm all for easy, accurate, efficient functionality and My Hours definitely meets those criteria for me. It is simple, comprehensive and it works. Plus it is easily extendable to cover employees when I get to that stage. I love that it allows me to export reports easily and to quickly analyze my time expenditures. I have recommended My Hours to others and I will continue doing so. Cons I've found it to be slightly glitchy at times and I've never gotten a hang of exporting to Excel, but I export to PDF and it works great. As a result, I haven't really run into any cons that might exist in the app. The only thing that I would like is to have the option to not include the seconds in the time tracking. It's not the sexiest business problem to solve, but when it comes to being accurate and reliable, you don't want something that's flashy and sexy, you want something that's dependable. That's what I would say My Hours is. Pros It is incredibly easy and simple to use, both from a user's perspective and an admin's perspective. Cons Last time I used their mobile app, it was so awful that I had to stop using it. As an exempt employee it helps me keep track of my work hours in case there are questions regarding my time card or I need to justify comp. time. Everyday it helps me to organize my workload for the day and stay on track. Pros It is easy to use and keeps accurate time. It is also easy to edit the time if I make a mistake or need to change becasue I worked additional hours after ending the day. I also like that there is a corresponding phone app. Cons I have to log into the phone app each time I need to use it. Reason for choosing My Hours Found it online. Not just projects and tasks, but anything you need to keep tabs on time and effort spent. It is great with budgeting and their reporting functions are amazing. Even in the free account, you can generate amazing reports with My Hours. Pros is perhaps the easiest and quickest way to track hours against tasks and projects. Signing up for an account is quick and easy. There are only 2 versions: free and pro. Start using the free version with unlimited project and task tracking, reports and mobile access. Great way to determine if this is what you are looking for to track time. My Hours is great if you simply just a need a means of tracking time on projects and tasks and your current project management tool is not equipped for this or you simply are not using one. Add projects and tasks quickly. Start and stop timers, along with descriptions effortlessly. View status using various filtered views and always have full visibility with metrics. Need the power to generate invoices and manage budgets? Go with the pro feature and have all these amazing tools at your fingertips. Cons The free version displays ads.
