It is really easy to use, it is robust (never had any crash so far), it brings me useful reports that I need every week and finally all features I need are in the free plan. I was thinking about the Pro plan, because it is really cheap (in comparison with other software nowadays), but I don't need any of those extra features yet. I don’t use the paid for version as im the only employee at my company that works in this capacity. (2 \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\], 1 me (assistant), and a bunch of entertainers who are independent contractors) But I’ve used it for this remote job and for an internship I had and its been a lifesaver! So easy to use and has the flexibility to be used for a more casual almost stopwatch type thing or to be totally integrated into a big company which is super cool! My Hours is just plain easy and quick to use. Pros I love this service for tracking my computer consulting hours and printing a summary for my clients. It is so easy to use from anywhere, very fast and support has been great, responding to two of my enhancement requests. Cons As far as I'm concerned this software is perfect! May 20, 2021 5.0 I've been using it for a few years and it's great to have such an easy way to keep track of the hours I spend on each project. And I can look back on previous projects to compare. It helps me estimate time and pricing for future projects. Pros It's easy to use. And I like it for it's record keeping capabilities. I stumbled across it when I really needed this quality product. I recommend it for any freelancer, entrepreneur, or just anyone needing to track their own hours based on different clients and/or projects. Totally easy to use. Super useful & insightful when you look at the graph feature. Pros The ease of use with Myhours is beyond great. Since I constantly need to track my hours for different tasks it's critical for my entrepreneur business model. It's easy to export & send to my clients with notes on what I was working on during each project, etc. Cons The only thing I would say is that sometimes when I export the time spreadsheet I get different amounts for billable time. But that is most likely because of the seconds structure. The other thing is ease of editing a time once it's on the track spreadsheet. You use to be able to go into the track screen & then edit from there but now you have to go to the calendar and select the date you need to edit. Just more time consuming. This app helped me to manage my photography editing work and it's made my charging process much more clear and easy Pros Straight forward, minimalistic design, easy to understand and to use. Cons Erasing projects is hard to find and it takes a lot of steps. I wish there was a notification that reminds me to stop tracking in case I forgot to end the session and the time is still running. It's easy to keep track of clients, and projects, and appreciate the report options. It helps me determine where and how much time I'm spending for each client - very helpful when billing. Always appreciate the prompt responses I receive when I have an issue or question. Have recommended myhours to many VA (Virtual Assistant) colleagues. Cons One thing I miss from oldmyhours to the newer version is the timesheet by project report. Other than that, pretty darn happy with the program! For tracking hours, it is the simplest and most efficient way to track hours for clients and projects. Pros Tracking hours, clients, projects is very simple. Pulling activity is very useful for reconciling hours with invoice totals. Cons Invoicing that is part of the paid version is not sufficient for my needs. It's been about 6 months since I've used it, but the level of itemization I can add for an invoice is too low. More customization of invoices is needed across the board. July 27, 2022 5.0 Pros I found the software easy to use (just in the browser). It's efficient and rarely crashes. The UX is better than that of some more expensive, more complex time-trackers. It's easy to manage and compare different projects, if you want to. Cons I'd like it to be easier to export longer timesheets (say, a month's work for one specific client). I can keep a close eye what my team is busy with and for how long even though they work remotely. Tracking time per client/ project and with variable rates is very convenient. I also have full control over my staff's logs which is very helpful when it comes to invoicing. This is an essential product that we use on a daily basis. Pros The ease of use and centralised admin panel. This allows me to track time logged for my whole team, approve or amend my assistant's time logged - which allows for easy and accurate invoicing as well as transparency to my clients. It's easy to use, has all the functionailty that I need and, for a solo operation like mine, the free version works perfectly well. I just pull down my timesheets at the end of the month and I have all the details I need. The reporting tools are great too, for getting insights into how you use your time. I use MyHours to generally track the time I spend doing what. It allows me to create monthly reports very easily, and helps me, and my Board of Directors, see where my time is most being spent. It also helps outline the projects and scope of work needed to run our very small nonprofit. Pros I work for a very small, very underfunded nonprofit. There is not a penny extra, so I am amazed and grateful for the free version, that allows me to track my time/projects/expenses easily, and create monthly reports with ease. Cons That I can't get a free version for all of the independent contractors we use. Unfortunately, we just don't have the money to spend on it, or I certainly would. MyHours is a great program. Native integration to download files in Excel format. Easy to send activity reports to customers by email. very fast w/o delays. Cons email from customers to send the activity reports are not stored in the screen, need to type (or copy and paste) every time. Could be nice to have multi-grouping level by, Customer and project in the same report, or by Client, Project, and Task. Could have an expense capture screen by resource and project/client.
