This assists in future planning. Pros This software helps me track my time and provide backup to my boss regarding workload and productivity. Cons It's a bit hard to set up your tracking categories at first--projects, tasks and how to use the notes field to capture detail. If you take the time to set these up first, it makes the reports much more useful as you can compare "apples to apples" over time. Pros I like the reporting functionality the best, and how easy it is to start/stop the clock. I track everything I do in the office down to calls and walk-in visitors and need the ability to just click one button and move on with what I need to do. Cons I don't like that I can't track multiple things at once. Majority of the time I am multitasking and would like the ability to report on the actual time spent on both items. For example, I may be taking a call and need to track the hours spend on the phone, but I might also be troubleshooting with the caller or assisting with something else that may need to be tracked. Cons The web app is not all that great. This could use a little work, the analysis portion is a little tiny and mashed together. If you are tracking something, and I minimize the mobile browser I lose my tracking start point. I only use this if I am on the go in an emergency. I downloaded the stand alone app, but never used it enough to keep it on the phone. All of my tracking is done via PC Browser. I'm very happy with the software. Pros The reporting is very easy to use and I'm able to report just what I need every time. I also love that I can create different projects within each client and tasks with those so I can, for example, track development hours vs administrative hours separately. Cons I would like to see an app on the apple store to run this on my phone better than the website on my phone (which often can be wonky). I find works perfectly for this. Pros I found to be the easy of programs I researched. The layout made it easy for me to track and understand the amount of time spent on each project. I found it very easy to add new clients, projects and tasks was super simple. I have and would highly recommend My Hours to other businesses. Cons My only dislike would be the way the 'Activity section is viewed. It's great that you can see all clients and projects on the same screen but I wish I could view individually as well. I can log without having to use a spreadsheet and my boss can see what I've spent time on when I send her my log sheet. Pros I use this program to track my work from home. It's simple to use and keeps track of my tasks perfectly. Cons For the app specifically, I don't like that I have to log in every time I need to use the app (cannot save login credentials) and it does not have Touch ID capability for Apple users. The whole team is using MyHours in our daily operations. We are tracking all our working hours and by the end of the month is very easy to get the reports and send invoices to customers. Cons Actually I have been using MyHours for a long time and the software is continuously improving. I don't think that there is a feature I don't like. I like to track on my phone and have that show up like the desktop tasks as well. As a solo freelancer I never needed the advanced features for teams and budgeting, I've been freeloading for years and almost feel a little guilty about that now ;) Pros I've been using MyHours for many years now to organize my freelancing projects. I like how well the tracking works and especially the breakdowns per task, per project, per client, etc. Cons Setting up tasks and projects can feel a bit cumbersome each time, so if you have a lot if similar projects populate a blank with one with all the tasks and duplicate that.
