I have moved on to another role and don't need hour tracking but I highly recommend others to use it, especially if they perform tasks for different people. Pros The ability to detail the days work. Also, it calculated accurately for me so I could click and send PDF report. Cons The updates that were recently done. August 2, 2021 5.0 Easy to use and does what I need it to! Pros I am in the middle of a strategic planning session and trying to understand how I use each day. This tool has made it super simple to do! I just log in and click to track my projects. I leave the window open all day. At the end of the week the reports are clear and showing my trends! This will be instrumental in how I bill my hours moving forward. Cons Currently I only use the time tracking function and only for myself, so I can't speak to any of the other integrations. July 15, 2019 4.0 I use MyHours only to track time spent in different activities through my work day. I then input these times into the timesheets of our corporate project management tool. I do not organize projects and tasks, but use it more as a general time tracker. It works well for that, but could definitely provide a few more features to group similar entries to calculate a total time. Pros Easy to start, stop, and resume tracking time for activities that haven't previously been defined. Easy to edit times entered for past days. Cons Cannot easily calculate the total time spent in specific activities without merging the different time entries. Reporting seems to work well only for more structured projects with predefined tasks. Difficult to migrate information from MyHours to other project management platforms.
