The reporting tools are extremely useful as well, great for contract work and tracking individual clients as well as total work. Cons It is confusing to set up billable hours and sometimes things that should be billable go into non-billable. I can keep track of hours and use it on the laptop or on the iphone while on the go. I have no excuse for not accurately tracking . Pros I like how easy the software is to use. I am able to easily access it from my laptop or iphone to track . I use it for business consulting hours and I even use it to keep track of my daughter's driving practice hours. I can quickly and easily generate reports broken down by activity to create invoices. The software is intuitive and fast. Cons It took me a while to find it with online searches. I was picky about what I wanted and that I needed a free product. I wanted something for multiple platforms as well. I finally found it and it has met all my expectations. I used to clock in and out on an excel spreadsheet! This software makes it easy for me to track billable hours, flat-fee projects and administrative time. It's an integral part of my business now! Pros Ease of use and consistent performance. Cons When I first started using MyHours, it had a few glitches and wasn't 100% consistent. All of those issues seem to have been fixed! We use this primarily for tracking time spent on customer projects, but have also used this for internal tracking needs. The best thing about My Hours is how little I have to think about it; it just works and for a very affordable price. This free software is so easy to use to track time, as well as keep my contacts and projects organized. It was exactly what I was looking for. I'd recommend this for anyone that needs simple time tracking to help with invoicing and project management. Pros Ability to easily list clients, projects, common project tasks, and then quickly select each when ready to track time. Cons I haven't been able to successfully export the time pie charts and colorful graphics you can see on the screen - would love to include these as a visual with my invoices.
