I have multiple clients and work on different tasks throughout the day. My Hours helps me keep track of the time I spend on each task and each client. At the end of the month, when it's time to create my invoices, My Hours makes it super easy. I can sort and filter by client or project depending on how I am billing. Great product! Pros Helps my track time across entire team and group by client, project or task. I even use to track my own time on specific "life admin" tasks to see how long I'm spending on them! Detailed reports that let you drill-down by project, task, client and by date range. Honestly fantastic! Cons Once in awhile, I'll forget to turn off a clock and continues to run. August 13, 2017 2.0 Pros Makes it easy to track time spent on various tasks. Very clean website on the tracking page and is able to generate graphs that summarize your week or month nicely. Cons The section to add projects has become incredibly slow to the point where it crashes the tab itself. It just flat out does not work anymore which affects my ability to keep track of time spent on new projects and clients. Customer support has said they are aware and working on the problem but this has been ongoing for at least a month and half, two months. Software Developer Computer Software Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Great time tracking app" June 9, 2021 5.0 Pros What I like most about the app is the activity report download feature. It makes it super convenient to share this with a client. Cons I have run into an issue where I wanted to change a time log description from the reports pages. For me it is important to see how much time I spent on a product or a project and how long I worked in a week. For this task the software is perfect! Pros Adding a new time log can be done in different ways. This is the most important feature. You can use a timer for tracking or enter start and end date. I have been using this for over two years now and have seen some improvements to the website as well making it all the more easy to use. Cons No cons to report for me really. There's literally 5 clicks of initial setup and you've got your clock ticking = money collected ;) And when you get a spontaneous client call, no worries: load it, click the Big Green start button. You get to update all the details later on. Cons I would like to be able to customize my reports a bit more, to tailor-fit them to the specific client, logos etc... It is easy to use and does what I need. I don’t take advantage of all the services it’s capable of but at this time I don’t need them. They are always adding new features which is great and bettering it constantly. Cons Sometimes I have a hard time figuring out where to pull which report. There seem to be many ways to get the same information. That being said, I don’t use it as regularly as some people might.
