It’s awesome.... and there’s an app as well, So if I take a call in the go, I can record it before I forget. It makes taking breaks easy... It’s flexible, and the exportable reports allowed me to automate the creation of my timesheet for my boss, so no wasted time there! I love this product and recommend it to independent contractors frequently. For persons doing contract work, it is a must to have a tool that is able to track and report time used in projects without too much overhead that would take up valuable time. myHours provides just that and if anything, that is what I think is its best feature. Cons The exporting data feature have changed and you might say evolved through the years. Each variation have served a purpose, but it has also made obsolete some macros I have personally developed to manage the exported data. I would have personally preferred to maintain the export feature unchanged or at least have options on how much data is exported or how is it configured (ie. data fields for all parameters instead of formatting or grouping the data that is exported). It is easy to create, edit and delete logs as necessary. Cons For the purposes of my office, MyHours has offered a seamless experience; I have no complaints as of now. Pros Great tool, super easy to use. I have been using it for several years to reccord the time I spent on my different clients and projects (and to send them a correct invoice with proper time justification through the reports). I do freelance work for a few clients but as the volume of work is low, I can't afford paid time tracking tools. After trying a few free ones, I came across My Hours. It has all the features I wanted and is very easy to use. It allows me to track time spent on tasks and the reports allow me to create invoices for the work done. A truly great tool! I'm super grateful to have found it because the freelancing already requires a lot of admin - this makes it easier! Pros It offers exactly what I need without any cost. Cons The process for starting and stopping time seems a little clunky - I have to press start, then pull up the dropdown, etc. I feel like I should be able to select the job/project before starting the time. For expample monthly recuring hours budgets. Summeries of one day many enteries for same coustomer/employee. Reason for choosing My Hours We checked a few other products but found to be the most intutive and easy to use. Although it didn't fill all of our requirements, My Hour had enough feature for us to be willing to start with it. Cons Sometime it has glitches where it does not let me input a new project easily. They have recently changed the report exporter and I did find it more useful before. Been using it for years. It's free, fast. Abilities to export records in Excel. I would recommend to anyone. I started using it when I became self employed and I've never felt the need to look for another tool. Pros It's free and it does EVERYTHING for you. It's literally effortless. Cons Some of the reports are patchy and setting up projects could be made more user friendly in my opinion - but those are settings I only use once a month so it's not that big of a deal. A simple and to the pointer interface Cons \-No longer able to export reports for single users. For one person it is free of charge and you can pay for the team version for bigger teams.
