Tracking time requires little effort and billing flexibility allows us to track all the different rates we need. Very nice product. Pros This product is very simple and does all we need it to do. it is continuously upgraded to enhance features and provide more flexibility; yet it remains very simple. Cons Nothing. We started with the free version but upgraded to get access to the more detailed reporting features. We use this daily and especially like the invoicing feature. So do our customers. Pros The software is easy to use, accurate and helps with our company's productivity. Adding accounts, projects and tasks, are easy and intuitive. We use the product to track jobs and invoice customers and to measure employee productivity. Highly recommended. We can subdivide by customer, and/or job. Very easy to use and my financial team just goes on there and prints off a report that we send to the customer. Pros Ease of use. Ability to track multiple customers simultaneously. Collaboration between other employees. Cons I can't think of anything the could be done to make the software better. Maybe an offline mode. It solved the problem I had with manual time tracking on a project. It's easy to use and there are many options available with the free version. Pros I really only use the time tracker, but it works perfectly and allows me to go back at the end of a project and run a report to see the overall time spent. Pros I like how easy it is to go from one job to the next and easily add projects to my portfolio if they weren't added before without leaving the window. Cons I wish this software had a google component where it was always available on my toolbar, having to keep the window open on my computer take up space and I'd remember to use it more if it was just right there along with my other important apps I use constantly. Love all the different ways to sort and categorize the different projects and the ease of use. There is much more to it than I use. I don't see myself ever needing to search for something better. Pros It is super intuitive to use. I'm sure I don't use all the features, but what I need is easy to find and not weighed down by bloat. Cons I have to really grasp for straws to find anything I don't like. Ok, here is one thing. I wish I could name the pdf that I export of my time summary to something more meaningful than its default name of 'report.pdf'. Pros After using Harvest for many years I was looking for a product that had a free tier but similar functions. My Hours provided that in a space occupied by many SAAS providers but at some cost. I find it easy to use and it dies everything that I need as a sole user. Cons Importing data from Harvest was possible, but not intuitive nor quick. Reason for choosing My Hours Very little admin overhead.
