Very easy to use, both as admin (setting up clients, projects, tasks) and for users (allocation of working hours to different projects and tasks, etc..) Using the report facility I can quickly gather together and summarise the records in a number of formats, thus allowing me to produce accurate invoices Pros Compared to other platforms that I have used, the simplicity of both setting up and using is a real advantage. Pros Very easy to start a timer, pause it and then allocate it to the project and task you were working on. Cons If you have many entries against a project and need to easily see them in one list it can be a little clunky to do this but it does work once you get the hang of it! Easy enough to merge all your times to get a total. Pros Easy to use. Easy to keep track of your time/project and never lose the data. Easy to start/stop multiple times through out the day and easy to merger all the time to total it. Cons It's very user friendly, able to learn to use it without training or reading a manual. Pros That I can track both clients and different projects that I did for the client. I like that it is online and easy to see total hours per client and project for any specific dates. I also like the stop and go and return to and edit hours if I forgot to shut it off and left it running. Cons That it don't stop when I turn off the browser and computer. It's easy to use, clean, organized, does everything I need it to and is reliable. Pros I really like that it is so user friendly it didn't take much time at all to get it setup to begin using. The layout is clean and helps me to feel organized for reviewing my clients, projects, and time reports. Cons I don't love the invoicing side of the system. Not bad for free version, but just very limited. I would like to use it for more than time tracking - if it ever develops more into a more robust app that includes workspaces, task management, and CRM (like Adminja), it would be my one stop shop for all my business needs. As mentioned before it's far more streamlined than previous spreadsheet methods or talking to a supervisor like I had to do in previous jobs. And its also easy to keep track of what you have booked. Pros I can easily view my own calendar to see when I have booked off without having to talk to my supervisor. Also easy to request holiday myself. A lot easier and more time saving than previous methods that I have had to use in previous jobs. Its free for me and works great once you get used to the UI. Cons It could be more intuitive for single users. Cons The only thing I would change would be adding the ability to set a start time for a session in progress, rather than having to start, stop, adjust the start time, and start again. I love it and won't change my time tracker. Pros It is very easy to use. MyHours is accurate, and creates a great PDF reports. You can filter the data and easily define the result. I love some automatic features while tracking time as well. I have used three version, but once my business will expand I'd purcahas the full. I am under the impression that it worth it 100%.
