Pros I can track my time in detail, then import the information into an invoice quickly and accurately. I like that there's a web version as well as an app. Cons Although it's evolving, there are a few feature request that I'm waiting for. Like, printing the detail into the body of the invoice, or attaching it as an addendum to the invoice. Currently, I need to create two separate documents and merge them. It is based on hour we can invoice our client and also calculate the effort invested from our staff Pros The software is really easy to use and portable. You can check and go to write, control your hours from any place, any time. Cons The flexibility to make reports, it is not easy to get reports and filter per projects. Pros It allows for tracking of multiple clients and subprojects and switching between them is relatively easy. Cons I have not seen yet a connection to direct billing of clients from . This software is reliable and easy to use. Pros This software is easy to incorporate into my workflow. It is easy to use, and it is easy to go back and make modifications when I made a mistake or forgot to time my work. Cons I have to make some modifications to the reports after exporting them to excel to fit my needs. It would be nice to customize report settings. So far it has increased our ability to accurately track art time and identify the tasks for which that time was incurred. Pros This software allows one to set up various projects, clients and tasks and later choose them again based on whatever criteria you choose. It has a great summary for projects that allows us to examine where our design hours are going and adjust accordingly. Cons I have trouble printing the summary to fit on a single sheet. I didn’t have to spend much time at all learning the software and I was up and running right away! As an independent contractor with multiple clients in the legal field it is easy to click and keep track of hours while I work, export reports to PDF, and email for payment. Simple, no nonsense. Cons Sometimes it is quirky and having to add new tasks to existing projects is a little clunky. Don't really need the graphs.
