It works great to view individual days as well as monthly overviews! It's easy to stop and start a task which makes interruptions less of a pain and I can edit the details of items already saved which saves headache when I want to change project descriptions and pricing. Pros The fact that this is a free service (at base level) is fantastic. I'm a 1-person business and paying for a time reporting software isn't in the budget. Cons For the price I pay (zero) I'm not able to find any cons about this software. July 17, 2019 4.0 I'm using to track how many hours I spend monthly on my clients issues and bill them correctly. I also track problems I did with references to the ticketing tool we use. Pros I like the most the shortcuts across the system that provide way to generate new records very easily. JUst couple click and my daily hours are recorded. Also export reports to PDF is amazing feature, I can attach it to my clients billing emails and they see everything. Love that I did not need to do this! Pros I am a consultant and software is a GREAT way to track my clients, my projects and you can even do it by billable vs accrued hours. Works amazing. I can then print a recap report and give to my clients at the time of invoice. Cons Newest version took a little getting used to but all good now.
