We previously had no way to track hours other then to manually look at the clock and keep track. This app is nice as it lets you start and stop your time and keep track without thinking about it! The only downside for me is that the hours can be easily adjusted to add time so if I didn’t have a trustworthy person it wouldn’t be as useful. Pros This program is easy to use. I love the start and stop function. It is also reliable, even when my computer died it continued clocking the time which was nice. Cons I don’t like that the hours can be manipulated easily. Pros has an easy to navigate interface, and it's output graphs and reports are extremely professional looking and well laid out. I love it's ability to track multiple clients and projects, and easily produce invoices. The developers continue to update it frequently with new features, and I've never considered switching to another service.
