Once the problem was clear, she told me that she would contact someone to see about getting it fixed. Shortly thereafter, the problem was fixed and my problem was solved. I was shocked. These things usually require a matter of weeks. This solution took less than a few hours!! Pros I like the ability for our Parish office to get in contact with everyone quickly Cons There was a minor glitch that would not allow me to change the way i was receiving notifications. January 8, 2021 5.0 Very positive. Pros It allows me to write posts for our Men's group fast and leaves me with a professional looking product. I love being able to write my notes when I have time and schedule them to send later. Cons I find Flocknote quite easy to use but I get fairly frequent emails to "add someone" or "remove someone" from a list when the users actually have control of that. Perhaps if it could be even easier for recipients of a flocknote to realize they can add/remove themselves? It sounds like you have been made a Note Sender, which does not give you the privileges to send messages to individuals. You would need to be made a Group Admin to be able to do this. I recommend reaching out to the Super Admins of your account to let them know that you may need your admin levels adjusted. Pros The ability to track who has read emails and communications is nice. I also like being able to quickly email groups. Lastly, I really like being able to send text messages. Cons The "stay signed in" feature does not work on website or in app. I would like not to have to sign in every time I use it from my computer or phone. I can send messages to everyone easily and quickly, including to those who only have text option. Members can reply to the message privately to me or to the group. I can send a test message to myself before sending and I love that. Best of all, customer service is AWESOME!!!! They always respond quickly, in my experience even on weekends and on holidays! They always have an answer for me that is easy to understand, and are glad to follow up with me if I have more questions. They are so nice and helpful. Can't say enough. Flocknote is just fabulous. Pros I love the fact that you can send a test message to yourself before sending the real message to the group. Cons I haven't figured out how to change the font. Pros I like the colourful add ons for messages but find the attachment process a little challenging as I have not yet figured out how to get my minutes attached.
