Overall very positive. Some great members of staff that are really helpful. We have experienced some negative interactions and sometimes it takes several calls to get someone to listen and resolve an issue.

Pros

The ability to manage quickly plan and manage our mobile workforce

Cons

Some of the areas we would like to use are over complicated and inflexible.

Happy overall but we still are having so many issues with usability and how it was initially set up

Pros

Ability to create reports, templates, worksheets plus intergrating trackers along with the CRM

Cons

Issues we find and "Workarounds" or timescales to resolve issues, lack of commitment due to "managing expectations" however as a customer it would be helpful to have more than an email saying it is being escalated, would rather changes put into place.

Pros

Nice visual on screen so can see which jobs are coming up

Cons

would like to be able to hover over the job and get more information without having to open it in view. Do not like the way JW calculates travel time to and from jobs would like a better timesheet function

we\`ve been able to see if any of the vehicles are been used when they shouldn\`t and able to give clients immediate ETA\`s on engineer arrival times.

easy to access on mobile devices, able to set alerts and run reports including driving behaviour

None really, compared with others systems we\`ve used.

We can send out worksheets to clients easily saving office man hours from hand writing the sheets.

Pros

Its easy to see what the engineers have done and look back on any specific dates, produce reports etc.

Cons

Sometimes you cant see a clients signature on the sheet even when it is there.

### "Good system"

Good, customer service is always good, however charging to make software amendments .

Pros

The system works well for producing invoices and linking with Sage. Its easy for our engineers to use and has increase efficiency

Cons

Its been hard to get the system to work for our specific industry and isnt quite so well suited to a smaller company. Its difficult to get the parts side of the system working.

The Big Change Software is straight forward to use and as long as you can get on line you can work from where ever you are at home or at work.

Cons

I would really like to see how Big Change can run a stock system, as at the moment we have not been able to use Big Change for this.

It still needs some functionality options around scheduling plans - being able to see what is due when could be easier to nagivate.

Their sales person spoke to us without the big sales pitch, he understood what we needed. It was value for money and did everything we wanted it to do

### "Excellent Customer Service "

Relative to integrations of other business changing software, the process with BigChange was wonderful!

Pros

The software is intuitive for both the web user and field service technician. The integration is relatively easy due to the flexible nature of the configuration. The customer support for the Roadcrew is first class.

Cons

The lockdown complications meant that we had to introduce the system completely remotely, this probably caused the integration to take longer than expected but we dealt with it and worked with the Roadcrew to deliver it under the unusual circumstances.

Reason for choosing BigChange

It met with our needs, the team who presented the product met our expectations and the timing to deliver was quick.

Pros

The implementation team have been nothing short of amazing. We have been using the system for a month now but still have the support required to iron out any issues. Would highly recommend the BigChange to anyone.

Cons

There is one item which I am sure in time will come, when a job is duplicated instead of giving it a new job number I feel it should be the same number a - or / with a 2, 3,4 etc after. For example job 12345 for the first visit, 12345/2 for the 2nd visit etc.
