Pros The concept and job logging side is amazing 11 out of 10! but the implementation and spares and communication is shocking 2 out of 10 Cons Parts / spares is poor at best.................................... Like the tracker integration. The number of ways information can be inputted . There is still a lot to learn. Need to answer in more depth later. Cons Too early to know at this stage. Pros We like the ease of use and the fact that it was really easy for all the staff here to adjust to and start using. I was able to learn the ins and outs of the business whilst using big change. It made information very easy to learn. I then took on a financial role which is also easy to manage on big change. From running reports to invoicing - there is nothing I find hard about big change. Pros Easy to manage the day of numerous operatives at one time. Able to access invoices/financial software really easy. I have never needed to ask for help with the software as everything has been easy to work out. Cons Only issue I have had is Jobs being created then having the same job number as another job. This only happened once and has not happened again. Review Source gS gareth S. It supports all of the needs that my customers need down to live tracking, personalised work sheets, keeps track on the time spent on site and you can literally customise it to suit your company! I am able to work more efficiently than on our old system and send out job reports in 5 minutes. Cons The software can sometimes run a bit slow and freeze. Pros The overall ease of use that reflects the simplicity that is built into the design of this system is tremendous. Everything from data migration through template creation to reporting has been very straight forward and the fact that it has had instant acceptance by all users has been astounding.
