### "Great System, but a Little Glitchy at Times"

The overall experience has been great and has made life easier for us in many ways, we have been able to correct many issues through tracking jobs in a better way and look internally at our processes in a better way which helps us long term as well - we have noticed a huge positive change in the last year and are constantly improving on our processes with finctions job watch has to offer, and implementing them.

Pros

This system is great and easy to implement especially if you have a small business and integraite manual, paper heavy processes with more automated processes - our engineers and office staff adapted well to the changes made. Implementing big change has made a huge difference to tracking issues which has helped us find missing invoices/missed visits and any other important problems much quicker.

Cons

There are a few elements to big change that are glitchy and prevent us from using certain functions which make our processes longer - for example emails sent from big change are 50/50 whether they will deliver to the clients or not, which means we have to send them manually anyway and makes the process longer so we now dont use that function since it is the same outcome - It is tricky to navigate jobs from the schedule with ease, some of our office staff find it confusing and it is long winded to find a job that is in a group - there should be a button to view job or view group - and a button to view contact from the schedule - there is no way to bring up the contact quickly from the schedule which is also frustrating - in addition i have had future jobs cancelled by themselves before with no record whatsoever but it hasnt happened since so its likely this issue has been fixed - these are mostly minor issues and doesnt affect how we view big change as the positives weigh out the negatives massively - but hopefully this is good feedback on some of the functions.

Overall easy, fast and clear. Helps grow our business, and also make our business stand out form the crowd.

Pros

everything is very clear and modern, Our engineers and office staff all get on with it very well. Didn't take us long to catch on to how everything works, and there is never ending possibilities to grow your company through big change.

Cons

I can't think of much, but recently I was having an error with one of our handover warranty contract quotation templates, which meant I couldn't send these to our customers for a while. I raised this a fair few times and they asked me to do certain things to make this work. It would work then for about 2 weeks and it then starts happening again repeatedly . I then brought this up to \[sensitive content hidden\] as something needed to be sorted, he then fixed this issue with me easily enough, but hopefully this doesn't happen again.

### "Big Change in Field Services"

In general very positive, it's a simple easy to use system that does what it says on the tin.

Pros

Layout of the screens, ease of use and the ability to free type in different fields and to upload photos and documents to capture relevant information, which can then be shared with the engineering teams.

Cons

effective reporting is an issues for us, there isn't the functionality to easily capture jobs by type. the amount of data that is produced is enormous and filtering manually is too time consuming.

Overall, very good - staff are generally helpful and product still exceeds expectation.

Pros

Value for money, willingness to develop new ideas and features in partnership with users.

Cons

Inability to work off line, we have suffered a few server issues with BigChange themselves and when the system goes down we loose access to ALL information and date, pitfall of using a system with such reliance in so many areas of the business

Reason for choosing BigChange

Had worked with other system in previous employment costing well into seven figures to set up, this represented a good value system at a fraction of the cost.

We started with BigChange and have seen it grow with useful new items added

The product is easy to use and to also train people to use, it has lots of help and the customer service is excellent

Cons

I would like to see jobs to be put in an order for nearest to furthest for morning and afternoon jobs as this would help with scheduling as our jobs are booked for 08:00 - 12:00 and 12:00 - 16:30

Onboarding representative \[sensitive content hidden\] was brilliant at helping to get us up and running, helping with any snags we have come across and offering alterative ways to use the functions of Big change to suit our needs. And equally our now \[sensitive content hidden\] is great at helping us this any snags or issues we come across as we get further into using the system.

Pros

The first thing we benefited from moving to Big Change is digital job cards that are filled out by the engineers link straight to the job, previously we were on paper. With the job cards now being digital it has reduced the hours and man power to transfer the paper job card to the invoice as now they are automatically liked. Secondly is pricing, having the correct pricing atomically calculated in the financials. Again taking the time and man power out of the invoicing, meaning we can invoice out more frequently with ease which is improving the cash flow for our business. Since using Big Change we have achieved a more stream line process for job management, financials and starting to achieve more stock control with in the company. Also keeping record of services and maintenance under taken and parts used against our customers machines. We really feel if you take the time on the initial set up you reap the benefits long term.

Cons

The stock and inventory section could do with some tweets to make this area be more flexible to fit the needs of different customers. And stock control needs improving, not letting you go into minus numbersThe search facility- it doesn't actually 'search anything' as it says!Not having access to view our Big Change invoices for use of the software online all in one place.

### "Big Change but NOT a BIG IMPROVEMENT"

Heavy sales pitch full of promises that failed to deliver as soon as we signed on the dotted line, you cannot believe the pressure that they put on you to get you locked in to a very long and expensive contract , I feel conned

nothing that most other software can deliver

Cons

Big Change, BIG promises that they fail to deliver, no help with transition from an existing system and no help at all (unless you pay extra of course) with the bespoke elements of the system that they claim during the sales and onboarding process will be no problem to integrate. As soon as you sign up and the pro-forma and direct debits have been arranged you struggle to hear from anyone. This system has cost my company a fortune and we are going back to our original system as its was far more user friendly and efficient, I will ask all of my staff members to provide an honest non -biased review of Big Change where it relates to their particular user experiences in their various roles, this has been a Big Mistake

### "Big Change"

Pros

This software has really helped us grow as a company. Not only does it keep all aspects of the business in one place from initial inquiry, quotation, booking and then through to attendance and invoicing it does so relatively easily and when there are issues thee team are on hand to help.

Cons

There are a few areas that could be improved. One particular issue is not being able to add a comment/note to a photo taken within the app. Having the ability to use this like other "snap list" apps would be great but without creating endless worksheets we have had to opt for a better solution away from Job Watch.

Implementation with the on boarding team has been fantastic, they have been extremely helpful. Any issue that occur are quickly resolved with roadcrew who are extremely helpful

Pros

Previously we had to use several systems to run our sales team, service department and accounts. This can now all be done as one and each department has access to the whole system. Being able to see what customers have on hire without asking other departments has been key for our sales team. The quick access to service quotes allows the team to function more efficiently and effectively. Glad we made the decision to change

Cons

Some of the reporting could be improved with the likes of power bi. This would enable management teams to create their own purpose built reports

Overall I have found it quite easy to pick up the different functions that I need to use as an office administrator.

Pros

The overall flexibility of the system is apparent - even though I am not the main user of the software. I also enjoy the notes aspect - as it is beneficial to record customer requests and tasks, to ensure there's a clear history of our services.

Cons

All software has a weak point. However, it is difficult for me to name a weakness as I only use it for certain tasks.

We were increasingly worried, as the company was growing, jobs were increasing. By 2018, we were averaging over 500 jobs a month, these jobs, had to be assigned to a Technician according to his skill and geographical position of the customer. Everything was on an excel spread sheet that had to be kept safe and readable, as it was the whole business schedule. And now this is a True story called Big Change today The Paperless way to Plan, Manage, Schedule and Track your Mobile workforce How our daily routine for all of us has changed. Incoming calls are scheduled to the perfect available Technician, which meets the job requirements automatically. Jobs are received instantly on a tablet, and our technicians have all the information needed to deliver fantastic service, with no delays. They can also view customer previous job history; we can upload file attachments, such as sales orders, Invoices & Floor Plans for them to access at ANY time. My Back office is connected LIVE at all working hours, and my after-sales coordinator knows the exact location and progress of each job. While technicians are on-site, they have all the required worksheets in digital form and those are completed simply by tapping on the screen. We even automatically guide them step by step through the workflow. After completing the job, the process is confirmed with the customer’s signature. The customer then receives a copy of the JOB CARD & WORKSHEETS automatically without any delays.

### "SVS using Big Change Job Watch Software"

Scheduling, quoting, vehicle tracking functions and word templates. Also reports, automation and central access of information available to all back office users. The tablets are get for mobile workforce and easy to use; makes paperwork and filing easy and efficient to manage, syncing all information instantly and traceable.

Cons

It is a complex system, you need to build up and invest time to explore, setup and implement - overcoming challenges until you get it right and it works for you/ company, that period can be stressful. Also in house for training users is demanding. Stock module could be improved, enabling stock usage deducted from stock holding without manual process.

### "Avoid, save your money and find an alternative software"

AVOID, do not use this company. The software is awful, isn't very user friendly and is basically a glorified tracking system. The salesman was very pushy and tried to arrange several meetings with us for a demonstration, which we declined on several occasions but he wouldn't give up so we agreed to have a demonstration, he made the system look great on the demo version which is all populated but in reality it would take years to input that much data. After the demonstration we was given a contract to sign and felt very hassled into signing. We reluctantly signed but didn't set the system up for a few months as we just didn't have the time to spends hours and hours inputting data. I contacted Big Change and said we had changed our mind and wished to cancel the contract, we were told we couldn't cancel and was sent a County Court Judgement for £50,000 and had to pay an additional £4,000 in court fees. We decided to carry on with the contract as seen as we had no choice and was paying for it anyway and I can honestly say it is the worst software I have ever used, very little help or support offered and they blame the customer, you would literally need to employ a full time member of staff to input all the data they expect from you. We have asked several members of our staff to have a go with the software and everyone has reported the same, awful!

### "Testing Bigchange "

Great forward thinking company , young and full of energy , helpful teams and sales men . Bigchange for us was lacking power , lacking back office management tools , has poor reporting. Generally its good upto the engineer completing the work after that its low powered compared to most other software we have tried, in an ideal world we would use the bigchange scheduling front end and our current system for everything else. It's a shame as we have tried numerous other systems and was hoping Bigchange would be better then it is especially as is costs 5x more .

Pros

As a medium size company looking to change to a cloud based system we have tried bigchange extensively and found the following , positives 1. the scheduling of works is great , easy and well thought out 2. job cards with thumbs up or down is a good concept 3. road crew ( tech help) are quick to answer the phone and help where they can .

Cons

Negatives 1. Compared to our current system the back office Reporting is very underpowered . 2. Job cards have to have a Job type assigned to them this means in our case 600 job type! which became unusable. 3. If you do not set up everything exactly as you need it at the beginning of using Bigchange if is incredibly tedious to change things later on. 4. Financials within Bigchange are poorly handled ie job costings are very difficult to get right and invoice off . 5. Subcontractors are not handled at all in bigchange, you have to have work arounds to allow the use of subcontractors even then its messy and poor. 6. If you deal with NHF Sor codes then your in trouble as Bigchange cannot , does not have a way to easily use these , there are workarounds but you will not end up with a usable system for office and engineers , even worse if like us you have 3 / 4 different versions to pull codes from . 7. The scheduling is good but it gets very unclear very quickly when you have more then 100 jobs a day to plan and manage , in the end we reverted to our whiteboards for clarity ! this is not just a bigchange issue all other systems we have tried are

\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] our trainer is fantastic. What she doesn't know isn't worth knowing. She is so patient and very helpful and really good fun to talk to. Eli Sufrin is always available to help us out. It has been hard to get this implemented, it has taken us a good 6 months to roll out. But this is down to me being very busy as well.

Pros

Its functionality and the ability to hold all our customers details, job details and job tracking.

Cons

There are several actions that need to be done separately in order for an automation to work. This can be tricky to work out and normally involves calling Road Crew.

I had used Big Change at another company years ago and found it to be a very good piece of software.

### "Big Change in the fire industry "

Good overall but I don’t think that one day demo is sufficient to really see how the system will integrate into your business. I feel we use it to the best of our ability with the knowledge we have. I think Big Change should offer a review some time after implementation to see if how you use the system can be improved

Pros

Easy to use for job management and tracking. Not so easy with integration into existing processes so needed to adapt but quickly started to see the benefits of the system

Cons

There is no flexibility with regards quotation templates. If you create your own it can only be downloaded as a pdf not word so there is no flexibility to amend it. The process for creating and populating templates is complicated and help from Big Change to implement is expensive

### "Job Watch "

Big Change Job Watch has enabled us as a company to run more efficiently and the customer service side of the business has been very helpful.

Pros

The process of setting up the software was much easier than expected and using the system to match our existing work sheets and procedures was very easy to do. The system allowing us to see everything as it is happening has had a massive impact on our business. We can now invoice quicker because we can see straight away if a job has been completed without having to make phone calls to our operatives. Getting live data from vehicles has allowed us to track mileage much easier and help us monitor our vehicles much more efficiently. The planner allows you see if the work you are giving your operatives is realistic.

Cons

On the fleet section it gives you columns for when Services, Mot, tax etc are due, but we are unable to add to this column, we have other things for our vehicles that we need to book in but we have to keep track of this another way off the system.

Reason for choosing BigChange

Being able to use the system to suit the companies needs rather than the company having to change everything for the system. Being able to go electronically was also a big advantage for our company.

### "Great for everyone "

It solved our one of the biggest problem that was managing workforce it's integration with calendar makes it one of the best software out there.

Pros

It solves our some biggest pain points for us it helped us manage our team and get better tracking system. It worked better as a collaboration tool as well.

Cons

Nothing it is working great for us and we had no problem with us.

### "Over Sold - Underdelivered "

Really great staff and people are involved in this business.But they have maybe become too large too quick and fail to satisfactorily support on set up expect you to learn the entire system and self set it up - the time and process to do this is huge and painstaking

Pros

Lots of attractive features - some really smart

Cons

The most attractive features are sometimes not implemented in a user friendly way…Hard to set up At times not worth using
