Great! Their customer services is amazing and the system is faultless!

Pros

It is an all in one solution. There are many 'similar' products out there but none that are packed with all the functionality that Jobwatch offers

Cons

It requires quite alot of setting up, other products I have used dont require so much back-end set up and are able to create settings as and when necessary

The information you can collate . How you can alter what different people can view

Cons

Sometimes the map doesn't work properly . You zoom in and it can't keep up with the change , so the map gets distorted .

Pros

The CRM is a good tool for storing customers information

Cons

Scheduling engineers for long term jobs is too time consuming

Because you threaten legal action and the full cost of the system if I didn't start it as I'd signed the agreement without enough thought

From start to finish the process is so straightforward and BigChange deal with everything for you. When you have an issue the Roadcrew team are always on hand and resolve any issues very quickly, most times we have had issues it has been user error on our part.

Pros

Ease of use even if you are not an IT specialist Streamlined the business Does everything they ever said it would and more.

Cons

As of yet we haven't found anything we dislike.

The amount of travel time has been cut down, accountability is easier, tracking engineers is simple and getting customers signatures of a job well done has reduced non payment of accounts

Pros

The ease of use and the fact that everything is in one place

Cons

Some of the forms are not easy to edit and also there are things that we would like to do that the system isn't capable of, however it is constantly evolving so i am sure we will get there

So easy to use, completely user friendly, does everything that you would want it to and more

Pros

Having a full overview of every day activities including tracking the technician's right through to the invoicing, all very simple to use yet very effective tool.

Cons

Nothing at all. We have gained so much since using this system and have insights and overviews of all aspects of our business now.

Overall experience is positive as there is so much that the system can do for us as a business, from scheduling jobs consistently and when we need them to be completed, to storing valuable client information.

Pros

The software is easy to use and user friendly. Using the system daily, this is important from a functionality perspective.

Cons

The scheduling side could be improved. The planner function could be a lot more useful but from creating the route, there doesn't seem to be anywhere to go from there.

We have peace of mind knowing that all our vehicles are where they should be - each day / every day, and we were also able to track, follow, and find a van that was stolen once.

Pros

I mainly use the software to track the location of our vehicles, and don’t often take advantage of the many other facilities. At some point in the future I feel sure we will use other features of the system.

Cons

There isn’t anything I dislike - it does everything we need.

Pros

Fast, reliable and full package solution in one place. Implementation team are amazing! Top level service overall.

Cons

Can't fault it and the R&D team at BigChange are working everyday to help us to improve and implement new features.

No templates available, you have to create almost everything from scratch, having templates and documents would make things easier, such as Inventories etc.

Its a good system but then there's lots of others to choose from.

Pros

Much easier to plan work and its all in 1 place

Cons

Vehicle trackers are slow and a bit clunky. Not as easy to modify as your told and then everything is charged extra for changes.

Excellent always helpful and informative, all issues that arise are dealt with immediately and resolved.

Pros

Love this system it was so easy to set up the Bigchange team are always here to help. All teams find it extremely easy to use from the remote works on site to the office staff using the back office.

Cons

Only small adjustments and you can send recommendations that are reviewed and looked at

When we spoke to Eli he reassured us the system was for us and he was right. The system has made us be more productive and save us money long term.

Pros

The integration of tracking and job management has allowed us to streamline our busy call out service.

Occasionally, the "one size fits all" package doesn't relate exactly to our specific operation.

### "Vehicle Tracking"

The only issue we have had is vehicles dropping out of range and loosing data, which is probably mainly due to the locality of our operation, however there have been some occasional web outages too, Overall the support and quality of the product is good

Pros

Simple to use interface, reporting (although we do not use the system to its full potential), access to historical data

Cons

As far as the software is concerned, we have no issues

Engineer live updates on jobs. Easier then previous system. "Yeah it's alright" Hollie 2020

Cons

At present there is no cost facility so tracking invoices and assigning them to jobs is a bit of a fudge. Designing your own templates using the code translator is a bit basic and unless you know exactly what you are doing. The email sending goes to everyone's junk mailboxes including our own. this is causing problems. Not very easy to find individual jobs. Unable to easily view individual web user jobs.

Big Change has helped to streamline our work force, raise invoices in a timely matter and communicate better to our customers. There are still lots of options that we probably don't use that will also help us. Every day is learning something new. I find the Road Crew very efficient.

Pros

There are so many features that can help a business. Work scheduler, maps for tracking resources, financial documents, reports, alerts are very useful.

Cons

We've had quite a few issues with slowness of the screens. Updating times of jobs and information. It can be a little frustrating at times.

Pros

It helps us keep on top of what we do on site, helps to clear up any customer disputes and helps other operatives see the job history when we re-attend

Cons

Set up was quite difficult, and the on boarding team were quite hard to contact, and responses from them with site development were quite slow. We still haven't fully developed and checked the Consignment note function, and we were willing to pay extra to have this fast tracked.

Pros

Overall this product has saved myself numerous amounts of time. The ease of use in adding jobs to a schedule, invoicing & much more means i can spend more time with my customers.

Cons

The look of the system could be improved slightly but this only a minor issue.
