I find myself dreaming up new way that Decisions can make my life easier. Cons It is a very complex tool that does require a large commitment to learning. Our recommended integrator fell far short of promises to deliver a solution. I am learning new ways of using AI on decisions to manage a project. And I must say, there has been a good customer support from the training team who explains when stuck on some assignments. Pros Taking off with decisions was a bit challenging at first but as I progressed with it, it got clearer and gave a deep knowledge of a whole lot of ways of understanding data structures, fetching data and also understanding various processes. I think its value for money in the overall. Cons The system does hang up at times that you have to save your work and refresh before you can do anything at all. Have a very supportive customer success manager and the decisions support team who responds and provides resolution faster and better. Pros I like the user interface and the non-coding part, developing without coding makes things easier and faster. I love developing or modifying the process based on business requirements using decisions. It has the ability to integrate with different technologies and there's lot to learn. Cons There is an issue with cached data, we have to clear and rerun the flows with updated inputs as it considers old value instead of the updated one even though the new value is saved before running. While CSS can be used to dress up the forms, it takes more effort than needed to get a UI created.
