### "No Code for Rapid Application Development"

August 21, 2025

5.0

My experience with Decisions as a company has been nothing short of stellar. The people make this company. They are my kind of people who care about their customers and making sure their product is delivering as advertised.

Pros

I'm able to build enterprise grade applications without writing a single line of code. The designers are easy to use, and I've been able to get the performance and speed that I desire for my applications.

Cons

The UI components need to be updated. While CSS can be used to dress up the forms, it takes more effort than needed to get a UI created.

### "Good for API's, application integrations and a rule engine"

July 14, 2025

4.0

Good experience, support has been great at all levels. It took some time to get the ball rolling and to build our first solutions out, but now we have been able to create solutions that are easier for our dev teams to support and for our business users to use,

Pros

Easily expose objects as API endpoints, integrates easily with many applications. Support has been great at all levels. Allows engineering and dev teams to build solutions that business teams can utilize with a minimum of UI and environment overhead.

Cons

The navigation and use of a visual code environment can be challenging for experienced developers and users.

### "Decisions review"

December 11, 2019

We extracting production data from SAP to Decisions. In Decisions we are setting up rules that will ensure that our planners can better perform their job. The output of the rules in Decisions are pushed back to SAP where end users see the result.

Pros

Easy to get started if you don't have much experience working in IT

Cons

A lot of functionalities but it is difficult to find the one that would fit your needs the best

The SAP solution was too complex to maintain in long term perspective. In Decisions it would be easier to make continuous corrections/enhancements when needed

I started my journey in 2021 and still working on this tool, however i explored alot of tools but no one could take my heart from decisions! Guys you rock! Cheers

Cons

Uer interface was the limitation till 9.10 version where re-sizing of the form were not added in the tool but from 9.13 it has flex control, cool UI and Dynamic form creations. Great tool

### "Decisions - A great Innovative Platform"

August 22, 2025

5.0

Overall experience is very Good. Have a very supportive customer success manager and the decisions support team who responds and provides resolution faster and better.

Pros

I like the user interface and the non-coding part, developing without coding makes things easier and faster. I love developing or modifying the process based on business requirements using decisions. It has the ability to integrate with different technologies and there's lot to learn.

Cons

There is an issue with cached data, we have to clear and rerun the flows with updated inputs as it considers old value instead of the updated one even though the new value is saved before running.

### "Value for Money"

August 19, 2025

5.0

My overall experience with Decisions has been positive. The platform offers a robust set of tools for workflow automation and process management, which allowed our team to streamline many manual tasks.

Pros

Customer Support . We have received prompt attention on various requirements while handling the project needs , upgrades, maintenance etc.

Cons

The initial complexity of the user interface and the learning curve for building advanced workflows. Some integrations required more custom development than expected, and error messages could be more descriptive for troubleshooting.

### "Stellar experience so far"

August 26, 2025

5.0

All direct contact with Decisions has been top notch I would recommend this product to anyone who has a need for automation and has the manpower for development.

Pros

The direct support from Decisions has been fantastic. I love the open architecture and ability to connect to just about all of our current platforms. I find myself dreaming up new way that Decisions can make my life easier.

Cons

It is a very complex tool that does require a large commitment to learning. Our recommended integrator fell far short of promises to deliver a solution. (did not meet expectations nor was delivered on time)

although costly the return is a high value product. with easy form creation and user interface usage. and the software has high processing speeds and performs well with large data structures

Pros

The front-end simplicity to an otherwise very complex back-end, and project management is made easy with the project folders.

Cons

Support teams are located in the United-States or India , thus scheduling support time might be during limited hours of the working day based on time zone

### "Decisions Experience So Far"

August 26, 2025

4.0

It seems to give me good knowledge of form creation, fetching criteria, building flows and sub flow. I am learning new ways of using AI on decisions to manage a project. And I must say, there has been a good customer support from the training team who explains when stuck on some assignments.

Pros

Taking off with decisions was a bit challenging at first but as I progressed with it, it got clearer and gave a deep knowledge of a whole lot of ways of understanding data structures, fetching data and also understanding various processes. I think its value for money in the overall.

Cons

The system does hang up at times that you have to save your work and refresh before you can do anything at all.

### "I LIke Decisions"

August 21, 2025

5.0

Serice and product are both great and meet my expectations. I also take very few support calls from my other users.

Pros

I appreciate the Customer Service, especially the personalization of "human to human" as opposed to automated attendants on the phone or a chat bot on the web.

Cons

Most of my opinions concerning Decisions are positive. If I had to choose something for this question, it would be the pricing. I would prefer a less expensive product, but I know that good things cost more.

### "Developer review"

August 21, 2025

5.0

Overall, very good. We haven't had any major issues so far with the application. The team has been very easy to work with.

Pros

Very easy to navigate through the application. The flows created in the application are easy to understand.

Cons

Code review process. When we are pushing changes from DEV to UAT is a little tricky since there is no code review process.

### "Great for Developers!"

August 21, 2025

5.0

I did training for decisions for my job as a Software Developer and it was very easy to learn and the explanations were very thorough!

Pros

It was easy to learn, easy to navigate, very helpful with my work as a Software Engineer. All the explanations were very thorough.

Cons

UI could be prettier, like perhaps more modern. I think that's the only thing I would improve, everything else was great.

### "Need to manage your process from the ground up?"

December 12, 2019

5.0

Absolutely love the tool - its done wonders for our business process by removing paper/email/ manual processes and automating workflows & enhancing data captured. I can say without a doubt, projects we have created in the tool, has led to better business decisions and focus where it needs to be with actual data to support the need instead of relying on emotional problem reporting.

Pros

This is the software to use when you want to automate processes, big or small, or allow a team to manage their internal process by department or groups of users. Decisions is the tool to allow you to do this! Building dashboards, forms, approval processes, alerts, send a report via email w/auto processes is extremely easy to do and gives you time back in your day to focus on the core of your business, making decisions with data to back you up, and less about managing the process manually.

Cons

I manage a team of non-developer level employees, we are not fluent in code/css etc, but we are experts of process. We do not have the ability to create a web based UI outside of Decisions, and we are not fluent in code/css etc. Our usage of the tool includes 100% of some mods we create to be worked inside the tool on a dashboard. The tool has definitely improved from 4.0 to 5.0 UX design - but I would like to see the UI be manipulated easier or flow a little more gracefully. Maybe this is something my team just needs to explore more, but if it were a tid bit easier to manipulate the CSS or portal view it would be better than 5 stars. I did give 5 stars, even with this note, because i think its specific to what i use the tool for vs what a typical user may use the tool for.

### "Great workflow automation software"

September 7, 2022

5.0

Decisions is a great workflow platform and it's definitely improving.

Pros

1\. No code platform 2. Quick to learn 3. Provides ability to enhance the designs of your forms by using your own custom stylesheet 4. Easy integration with third-party systems 5. Product is definitely improving 6. Not require any extensive coding knowledge, basic coding knowledge is sufficient.

Cons

1\. Reports and Dashboards are not intuitive 2. Doesn't allow one to edit the running instance neither can restart the workflow from the failed step. You have to run the entire process again.

### "Efficiency in Automated Processes"

December 16, 2019

4.0

Pros

The automation of processes that are currently serviced manually in a work-space is priceless. Decisions allows multiple forms of inputs and data sources, allowing a group to collectively store different "pieces of the puzzle" into a centralized storefront. It allows for the management and direction of tasks that seamlessly integrate actions of another to the next step in the process. Customer Support is always helpful and more than willing to walk you through any issues you are having, plus provide feedback on efficiency measures.

Cons

The software has a definite learning curve in getting up and running. While the logic based software is mostly intuitive at the start, it quickly becomes a spiders web of trying to track inputs, outputs, and data formats. While not necessarily a fault of the software, it starts to drive debugging time up as selecting the right operations and data becomes tricky. The online tutorials and webinars are helpful, but don't seem to provide as much depth as one would like. The presentations do help in showcasing the abilities of Decisions, but they seem to only provide a sliver more of knowledge needed to perform the task in the tutorial at hand. Which leaves little room for re-construction work to try and mold the process to what your specific group needs are.

### "Good Worklfow Management tool"

December 10, 2019

4.0

We were able to get 2 out of our 3 use cases successfully deployed.

Pros

1\. on premise deployment - enterprise 2. create business workflow/process with logic. Imagine Visio flowcharts with logic. 3. create UI with its form builder 4. basic coding knowledge would suffice 5. Rules - This is a great add on.

Cons

1\. It takes time to get a hang of this tool. You have dedicate some time on the leaning curve. 2. Some of their Forms are pretty basic. We had to rely on our portal for UI. 3. Making structural changes needs a lot of workaround. This could be part of the learning curve challenges.

### "Well on its way to being a market leader"

December 11, 2019

4.0

Pros

A vast array of functionality is provided and backed up by an exceptional level of expertise in their support team. Support work with you to resolve issues which is a distinct characteristic and cannot be commended enough. We have been lucky to regularly be in contact with a particularly knowledgeable support engineer who provides a fantastic service. Documentation is often helpful, well maintained and easily understood.

Cons

It is hard to pick something which I would say is specific to Decisions specifically as my gripes come from things which are common in software tools - a staggering amount of functionality is provided and sometimes there are some minor bugs but these are resolved relatively quickly.

### "Excellent software with endless use cases!"

December 10, 2019

5.0

Pros

Integration. There hasn't been a single project I haven't been able to tackle while using Decisions. It has vastly helped improve the efficiency of our day to day processes. Other BPM/No Code software seems to do a lot, but Decisions truly handles everything I throw at it.

Cons

The learning curve is a little steep once you start on more complicated projects. They do offer free training on a yearly basis though, so this isn't a huge issue. Also, the reporting and chart creation could be improved upon.

\- Integration abilities (able to integrate with any system out there) - Easy to "Get Started" even without any technical background - Great support team that is always ready to solve customer issues or help customer to build Workflows/Rules - Great documentation, weekly webinars and events that help customers progress quickly as Decisions developers

### "Decisions Platform for Approvals"

December 10, 2019

4.0

The Decisions platform has been a valuable component in building our approval workflows. Despite being a no-code solution there is a significant learning curve in building robust applications. That said, once you have a comfort level with the environment it is possible to customize, design, and deploy similar projects very efficiently.

Pros

The best thing about the Decisions platform is probably the array of standard widgets provided. Publishing reports as pages on dashboards for the end users is very convenient. Creating template forms, user controls, and even projects is a powerful feature for code reuse.

Cons

Two friction spots are 1) the number/depth of GUI windows that must be clicked through in some cases; and, 2) maintaining performance at scale with many users and many workflow items.

Being in South Africa, we found that a local cloud server worked way faster.

Pros

The support is very good and helpful. The ease of designing on a web based program with lots of ready to use features Debugging of the flows are quite fast and you dont have to rebuild your project to test designs.

Cons

The forum does not cover enough topics. When you really get stuck you have to wait a few hours to get help

5.0

Pros

I have multiple contractors who work with me. This product is simple to use, provides the correct access without systemwide shutdowns. It has provided us with baseline data that has assisted in budgeting personnel and identifying throughput of product.

Cons

It is not a software to use for complex process data mining. That's not a bad thing, for the application we are using it for that is what we need.

### "Complete Solution"

January 7, 2020

4.0

Great!

Pros

The out of the box steps cover 99% of what is needed in my every day workflow development. The one time that I needed a really low level file manipulation step that was not included and was very specific to our business process, I was able to create a custom module with the SDK. Creating and implementing the C# class was very easy. It is very powerful when you know you are not limited to what you are given and have the ability to create a solution for any challenge you run in to.

Cons

Would like more detailed videos, training, document, examples, etc that are specific to the last versions released. Since I started with version 5+, I am not as familiar with the history of this product and how it evolved.
