Pros

I enjoyed that you can call some many at one time. \[sensitive content hidden\] was great she answered all my questions and replied to my emails the same day. When i ever had a issue Shawnie always took care of it.

Cons

None that I can think of, I never used this tool with any other tools.

Working with Ed at Call Tools has been a great experience. Our connection rates and quality of phone clarity are amazing even though we use the free X-Lite from Counterpath. In every instance that we needed support from Call Tools we got instant results and immediate action needed. You would be hard pressed to find a better provider especially with the great prices they offer.

Pros

Phone clarity and connection rates.

Cons

Can't say I have any complaints.

Allowed us to touch base with thousand of potential customers.

Pros

Operations was a snap with very little training. Our Rep Sean was always willing to help and got the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied.

Cons

I wanted to attach a out going message to the call. We couldn't do that, but that alright, we got a work around and everything turned out good.

Pros

I like how easy it us to load lead data into the system and to get it configured to use. It ony takes a few minutes to be u and running.

Cons

I feel that there could be better notifications around when lead data is diminishing so we can get ahead of it so we don't have any down time.

Pros

Its functional, if you can figure it out on your own.

Cons

Support is untrained , unresponsive and they really does not know their own product. Also its very difficult to reach them. The rep voice mail is always full, and if you get lucky and get someone on the phone, they take a message and never calls you back. I would never recommend this service. I used to use Blue Rock Communication, they were little bit more expensive, however it was worth it. What you pay that's what you get.

Time. It saved me a lot of time because its easy to use.

Pros

I like how I can easily switch from campaign to campaign without exiting my dialer page. This makes it easy to switch a campaign and get right back to it!

Cons

The only thing that I do not like about the software is that it works best without wifi and better with hard wire.

Pros

All the cool features and ease of use for the price. The software is great and reliable. I would highly recommend looking into this system.

Cons

You can only search for calls by phone number. Hardwire your internet to the computer for optimal use.

makes my outbound calls very easy.

Pros

The software is easy to learn and use. I love the built in do not call list scrubber. That is such a great convenience. I spoke with three other companies before making my decision and neither had the feature. Help is just a click or call away. The quality is great and there is no delay when connecting with customers. Customer service is very important to me and they get an A+. I love how they called to make sure everything was going fine after I made my purchase. Because the product does so much, its hard to remember everything. The response to any question I have is almost immediate.

Great for outbound calling cambaigns!

Pros

Was able to save time by automatically continually dialing numbers, didnt have to wait, or have down time.

Cons

Wasn't able to have as much control of calls as I would like, but was good if you have many CSR who try to avoid calls.

Helps us make more money

Pros

My experience with call tools up to this point has been incredible. My rep has helped us make a seamless transition from five9 to call tools overnight. The day after the switched I saw a 20% increase in sales and a 10% decrease in my abandon rate. The reps and tech support are second to none and always one call away. The dashboard, reports, and ease of uploading data are unbelievably user friendly (this was one of my biggest problems with five9). The system technology and clarity of calls continue to impress the team and I. This product is an absolute steal for the money.

Pros

The ease of use and the support that Call Tools has is really good. The dashboard for the admin is also very nice.

Cons

You have to have a minimum of seats. You do not have the ability to look at individual numbers called (or I wasn't shown)

It was VERY easy to use

Pros

With little to no instruction on how to use it. I found it to be very simple to use! It is VERY USER FRIENDLY ! I don't know how much this costs bc I'm only a user but I'd recommend it!

Cons

Doesn't always disconnect from a call and move onto the next call. Only Glitch I've found so far. Just restart or refresh your webpage and it usually fixes the issue.

Full function Call Center Application

Pros

I've used many different Call Center Applications including Five9, Dolphin, SalesTools & a few others. Let start off buy saying that this is the only company that we've had zero issues with, it happens to be the least expensive by far. It's really smooth, much easier to use then any other Call Center Platform. It's super easy to use.

Cons

I'm told that I can be pretty negative so I'm sure that I will come up with something. Just kidding, nothing so far as of yet.

Leads cannot be assigned to a specific user when being imported, you have to manually assign them after imported

Great price, high quality phone calls, call recording, easy to use. It's like mojo dialer and callrail built into one only the price is better and you can send and receive calls, texts, voicemails.

COULD BE A LITTLE LESS EXPENSIVE,BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR,unlimited calling would b a big bonus feature for those who have huge talk time!

The best part about call told is the customer service! WAY above and EXTRA they did to help me. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\] was a joy to speak with.

Pros

Really enjoy just having to wait to be connected and not have to manually dial.

Cons

For me there was probably too many features and insider terminology that made it a bit hard to figure out (for me at least ) and I would like a bit more flexibility in how it dials.

This system is perfect except for 1 thing Scheduling callbacks. After scheduling numerous callbacks I noticed that the system was not assigning the right time frames for which I set the contact for. Really weird, it does not happen on all contacts and customer service has been telling me for 2 months that their engineers are going to fix it. The system would be perfect if this was fixed. If you schedule a call back for 4 pm and you don't pay attention you will see the file show up at 1 am. Pay attention and you will be ok...other than that everything is great...
