Pros

Ease of use. Customer interface is simple and intuitive. Very very easy for new employees and on boarding. Cost of system per user.

Cons

Overall very happy with the system. For the cost and ease of use, there really are no cons to the CallTools platform.

Significant increase in achieving live answers with our existing customers. Much higher agent productivity metrics.

Pros

The built-in real time dashboards to monitor both campaign and individual rep performance are awesome right out of the box.

Cons

We have not had any problems to list as a con. However, it would be nice to have a concurrent user licensing option since not all of our reps are always on the system.

The product itself seems very well build and their support is great. Unfortunately for us we hit a roadblock and were not able to move forward. Specifically, we were using their dialer. Their system requires your leads to be loaded into the CRM from which you make the call lists. Because of this, you cannot have duplicates based on a phone number. So if you have a customer that has 2 separate records you need to keep separate you can only have one set of data inside the CRM. This causes issues because we cannot relate the call disposition back to the correct record. We have found this is one of only a couple dialers that will not at least give you a switch to allow duplicates.

Pros

If you need support the live chat is amazing, and the staff will find the answer if they do not know right off hand.

Cons

Too early to comment on this, I will continue use the platform and push it as far as i can go. . . .

Pros

Ease of use. It really moved the dial for me and my team. Works great and the visibility in the platform is unreal.

Cons

Like using any new platform it takes a moment to get adjusted but the support team holds your hand in the beginning, so it's really not a big deal.

Cons

Doubled in Revenue

Pros

Seamless Dialer, very easy transfer process, calls were very quick and allowed the agents to make up to 400 calls a day

Cons

The small screens within the dialer throws people off sometimes. The CRM system is a bit confusing at times

Working w call tools has been a great experience. The product is solid and has all the features you would need to run your call center or small business. What sets call tools apart is the customer care. My sales rep stuck with me through setup, assisted working w their programmers to implement all the features I needed. Clear calls and fast connection is very important to my team. This software is very user friendly. I can customize the software to simulate my current CRM so data exchange is seamless between programs.

Cons

I do not have a con that I can offer yet. Using the software did arise some new questions but these were answered by staff support.

Not only does the software give us the ability to make 10X the calls we were making, but the tight integration with our existing lead management system makes it a compeditive advantage. Rep and his team are always there when we need them, even on Saturday mornings. All I can say is WOW!
