Pros: Salesflare integrates with my google mail. It has helped me collect contact info directly from emails, social profiles, etc. The service keeps track of all my emails and shows the stages of communication with the client. It has certainly helped me speed up my workflow.

Cons: Not a big grouse, but SalesFlare has an email campaign which is limited to one email. I have to use another program to drip emails to them.

Overall: Sales intelligence, Transparency, Speed, Accountability

Pros: with Salesflare I can auto detect company or customer I've contacted with gmail and also can setup for target

Cons: I need for email and also document tracking working with gmail that would be very helpfully if I can do thats with salesflare

Overall: Nice for alternative for pipedrive

Pros: I like everything about Salesflare, but what i like the most is their prices - Per month/user is a steal on a software with that many capabilities. You basically get all the features of the classic CRMs for half the price. Other than the price, the software is beautifully designed and easy to use. If you want to try it out head over to Bit.ly/GetSalesFlare for a 14 days free trial.

Cons: There's not much to dislike about Salesflare. Their prices are amazing, their support too and the software is very well made. Can't think of anything as of now.

Pros: An intuitive and simple data entry process. There is a mobile app that will allow you to track everything on the go. I like that any email that I contact is automatically put into CRM. It is very convenient that Salesflare is synchronized with GMail and Google Calendar, it allows you to identify and improve the work of customers. There is an automatic data entry function, this simplifies the work twice. If you're looking for a program that will extract a lot of information out of your e-mail, then Salesflare is all you need.

Cons: The only drawback that we found in this tool is that the tracking function should be slightly improved. I didn't like the GMail plugin, it's interface is just not useful at all.

Pros: Pros: Automated filling of records. Salesflare makes finding contact and account information easy with its technology and finds an fills relevant data including their social profile, company sizes, and email addresses

Insights column: allows you to see and track your CRM and potential prospect numbers and finances

Task notifications and Android mobile app: very well built app and task notifications including when someone opens your email came in pretty handy

Cons: There could be more automation. My use case was more advanced but I would have been nice to have lead scoring and the ability to reply to an email from CRM and even track emails from the app

Ability to turn the automated importing of contacts off

Ability to edit deals faster - it's decent but more could be done to improve the interface.

Overall: Notification on when the client receives my correspondences

Multiple pipelines for multiple services - very cool

Pros: The feature that I like most of all is probably the ability to create the profiles of the clients in the system without putting there too much data and information about them. So creation of the leads takes not too much time and your managers can devote themselves only to sales. The main problem that I solved with this CRM system is gaining the possibility to deal with all our customers through very comfortable service which you can customize and tune the way you need. In my opinion, Salesflare is suitable for each business.

Cons: I would definitely write something bad if I could. But for me, everything works fine. Before starting using Salesflare my company used to work with all our clients just through Excel tables. In comparison with this working in the CRM system is paradise.

Pros: There is no shortage of CRM options, but, salesflare stands head and shoulders above the others.
'It Just Works', so that I don't have to. Seriously, there syncing ability saves me hours a week.
Salesflare is a monster powerhouse underneath. The short of it: This is the final resting place for my contacts.

Cons: There is a slight learning curve, but, once you have wrapped your mind around it, it is smooth sailing.
All my others are now void due to the wonderful recent updates. Rock on Salesflare.

Pros: The function that shows the stages of communication with the client is very important for our team, as it is immediately evident at what stage the solution of the client's problem.

Cons: Quite a big price for a small company. Salesflare needs to add several payment plans, separately for large companies, separately for startups.

Pros: Integration into various communication channels makes it easy to keep track of all communications with your customers. I also like the integration of attachments. The user interface is simple and understandable compared to other services. I would say that Salesflare is saving time and effort. The best advantage is an easy way to understand the indicators and the ability to customize the statistics panel. Our team will be lost without Salesflare.

Cons: I wish Salesflare had an email marketing section where we could quickly put the account on a drip email campaign. In addition, reports are usually more simplified, it is difficult to get the data that you really need.

Pros: The user interface is simple and the performance is pretty good for our needs. The best advantage is synchronization with Gmail and Google Calendar, which allows you to identify communication work with customers. I also like the probability for the commander to control the members of his team is very convenient. Simply allows you to track your transactions in a sales cycle. This is all the more useful when you refer to transactions with other companies, and you will be able to track it down, putting it on a personal stage. There is also a mobile application that simplifies the robot, for example, you can view information on the way to the office, it's very useful.

Cons: In the event that an email is sent to more than one person, you will not be able to see who opened it, / did not open the e-mail. The product is pretty young I think, that soon this problem will be solved.

Pros: They're constantly making updates and improving the CRM. They're integrating with a lot of popular SaaS software. And it's just a pretty to look at app!

Cons: Coming from using Salesforce, there are some things to get used to. Not necessarily negative, just a different way of doing things. You'll be thrown off if you're used to such a robust CRM like Salesforce.

Overall: Ease of keeping track of clients - seriously, it's so easy to use.

Pros: I love how easy it is to use and how automated the contact synchronization happens, social profiles auto population is another one of its nice features. Has all the features we need on a our CRM and also very affordable

Cons: Haven't encounter many cons for SalesFlare, though I have to admit this was our first experience with such tool, but over all we are pretty happy with it.

Pros: Salesflare connects directly to your inbox so that you have access to your emails, contacts and calendar events from within their CRM without having to BCC email addresses or any extra hustle.

Cons: Searching for an existing account is not so intuitive as it could be. On a few occasions, I had to contact the support team to perform specific updates (e.g. change my profile picture) but this is really minor concerning the general usage of the platform.

Pros: What I like the most about Salesflare is that it's not HubSpot or Salesforce. It's not complicated. They keep things simple and that fits my needs. I run a solo business and they help me track leads, move them down the funnel and close them. I can see who I need to reach out and when. Email integration is great, to keep creating leads in an automated way.

Pros: It notifies me when customers are hot in my inbox. I like the social media feed that is incorporated. The mobile app is very useful. Cool sales funnel and tracking.

Cons: It's not as intuitive out of the box as it could be. The mobile app scrolls in a choppy fashion and when you update or add a new contact as a customer, it starts over at the beginning of your contacts list. I wish it would pick up where I left off.

Pros: Eliminates a lot of manual work by automatically logging calls & emails. Very simple & easy to use. Can have leads automatically flow in from Zapier from my sources. Easy to log activity and updates to know who to follow up with. Swimlanes/stages give an excellent visual representation of pipeline.

Cons: Ran into a compatibility issue with Salesflare and a Gmail extension "MailTrack.io" I use to track email opens/clicks within Gmail. By using this at the same time I can't use Salesflare's mail & website tracking which would be more useful.

You need a Sales Funnel? This is it!

Pros: Excellent user interface. Well laid out - easy to follow. Nicely intuitive and simple data entry process. Great support and proactive management.

Cons: Switching between accounts and tasks can be a improved - but then it might be my lack of expertise that is the problem there :)

Pros: Automates the lead data gathering and task making process, saving a lot of time. Also, it has smart reminders which are great for people like me that keep forgetting to do follow-ups.

The UI is well made so you don't need to take any tutorial to learn how to use it, also, it has a mobile app that will let you keep track of everything on the go.

Cons: Doesn't have in-app email and it lacks a lot of native integrations, even though that it has Zapier.
It is really good, but these two points are what is left for it to be great!

Overall: It saves me a lot of time, keep track of email openings, that way I know when a lead or customer sees my emails, also, I can see when they go to my website, which is great.

The pipelines are really visual and customizable so it should work for any kind of business.

It integrates well with IMAP, Outlook, Gmail and others, so you can track your communications in almost every email account.

Pros: What works well is the simplicity of using the app. It's easy to import leads from a variety of platforms, assign them to the appropriate team member and sales funnel. The system automatically updates all email communication and meetings. In addition you can add files to the contact record. It's ability to automatically detect information from the company website is also great.

Cons: The only downside we have found to this tool is that the percentage calculations used for the sales funnel conversions are not standard and not entirely useful.

Pros: Salesflare uses an "account-based marketing" CRM style. It pulls contacts automatically from Gmail (other clients available) which we can use to create new accounts. Later we can create opportunities in a kanban style. All communications are centralized under each account and all information is also available directly on Gmail. It also includes a short report feature which gives us insights about how we are doing in terms of new deals.

Cons: The tracking feature should be improved. Right now the system doesn't exclude IP's for tracking so if I open a "sent" email on Gmail it counts as "someone opened that email".

Pros: I like the fact that any email I contact it automatically puts in CRM with entire profile and social profiles!

Cons: UX can be updated a bit on the mobile app! Although I love the fact there's a mobile app for this CRM!!!

Overall: Helps me stay organized

Pros: We starting using this software after switching from ACT! This software has a lot of moving parts and one of the features I like most is when we receive e-mails, it attaches it to the customer's file. I will say with all the communication we have via e-mail. That feature is key. It's on most CRM systems but I have found that it works very well on Salesflare.

Cons: The Mobile App can be hard to log in to at times, I'm not sure why but it can be glitchy. I'm sure they will work on a patch to fix that. It works but sometimes it will sign me out and take a while to get back in. This software like all CRM systems takes a while to get setup and working how you want it too. But, I will say it's easy to do just takes time.

Overall: This software is a nice CRM system. Especially if you have a small team. I have three salespeople, so this system works well for us.

Pros: The synchronisation with the digital signature and other contact details.

Cons: 'Reading' of all the e-mails in gmail, not only from one domain.

Overall: I love the amount of time Salesflare gives me to really focus on what matters! Selling and supporting our customers and partners!

Pros: Great experience with how easy it has been to integrate SalesFlare with our team members. Users are on boarded quickly and not bogged down by copious amount of data entry or management. Our users are left with more free time to focus on sales.

Communication history is easy to track and our users can do the majority of what they need to do right from their gmail with the chrome extension.

Cons: Would like the ability to add more data customization for more robust analytics.

Overall: Great experience with how easy it has been to integrate SalesFlare with our team members. Our users are left with more free time to focus on sales.

Recommendations to other buyers: Tracking the status of leads as they move through the sales pipeline.

Pros: One of the most intuitive and kick ass sales management tools I¿ve ever come across. Super simple to pick up, everyone of the team was going with it in no time.

Cons: The plugin for Gmail works only in Chrome.

Overall: Salesflare has helped me out a lot. No more procrastination on keeping up with sales leads, which used to be a real pain. Everything is easier smoother and more effective.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you¿re a startup or small business, try this one out and compare it with other CRMs. I¿m convinced this is one of the best out there.

Pros: That it automates things.

Cons: Nothing much really. Wouldn't want to change for any other system.

Overall: I've used many CRMs in my career but never thought I'd find one I liked. Salesflare takes over all the tiresome data input and actually helps me to keep things about customers. No need to keep an address book or make a to-do list anymore. It's just awesome.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be sure to get the Gmail plug-in and mobile app. They really make the difference.
