Pros

Intuitive UX/UI - competitive value for money - APP seamlessly integrated to immediately update opportunity status / actions after meeting with prospect / customer - customer success replies in semi-real time

Cons

One DB crash with few hours downtime (then fully recovered with no data loss)

Pros

Salesflare is kind of an anti-CRM. It rocks so much internal automation (data enrichment, data input, tasks, follow-ups), seamlessly connects with your Gmail through a smart sidebar and is easy to integrate with whatever other sales tools you might be using that you end up spending a lot less time actually using it. It takes care of the tedious robot work so you have more time and mental space to focus on building better relationships. It's design and UI is everything you would expect from apps in this age: intuitive, visual and easy.

Cons

I would like to see Salesflare take some steps towards closer integration with LinkedIn, though that is more up to LinkedIn and them opening up their data infrastructure than it is about Salesflare.

I love being able to enter clients and potential clients and track them through the process. The reminders are great, even telling me to add notes from phone conversation. I tend to utilize my project software (Plutio) more, however, once I've started a project so I can track the progress in detail and track time for billing.

Pros

Easy to enter clients, tasks and reminders for project tracking and follow up.

Cons

The project tracking is basic and there's no time tracking

Pros

Super easy and fast to track new cold prospects and find their information without so much data entry.

Cons

Setting up the flows can be a bit confusing, opening a client on the pipeline opens a small side panel and you have to click twice to read the details. Would love to see it open and stay in the pipeline view so I can click back and forth.

I started using it about 1.5 years ago, I would have to say its has been great as it helps me manage my sales funned and accounts.

Pros

Salesflare has done a great job developing and optimizing the software. The recent updates/revisions that have been released have made it a tool that I cannot run my business without.

Cons

Some of the way the information can be shared has clunky - perhaps I need to take some time and learn more of the functionality.

Salesflare's CRM system is so easy to use, mostly due to its visually appealing set up for client organization, workflows and arranging opportunities. The staff is always helpful and eager to help resolve any questions you may have. A pleasure to work with for sure.

Cons

There aren't any that stand out. Maybe share more tutorials.

I've used many CRMs in my career but never thought I'd find one I liked. Salesflare takes over all the tiresome data input and actually helps me to keep things about customers. No need to keep an address book or make a to-do list anymore. It's just awesome.

Nothing much really. Wouldn't want to change for any other system.

I love how easy it is to use and how automated the contact synchronization happens, social profiles auto population is another one of its nice features. Has all the features we need on a our CRM and also very affordable

Cons

Haven't encounter many cons for SalesFlare, though I have to admit this was our first experience with such tool, but over all we are pretty happy with it.

Ease of keeping track of clients - seriously, it's so easy to use.

Pros

They're constantly making updates and improving the CRM. They're integrating with a lot of popular SaaS software. And it's just a pretty to look at app!

Cons

Coming from using Salesforce, there are some things to get used to. Not necessarily negative, just a different way of doing things. You'll be thrown off if you're used to such a robust CRM like Salesforce.

We're a startup and we need to get sales going, fast; Salesflare is helping me do that. Our sales process feels beautifully simple and a lot of the credit goes to Salesflare.

Pros

Native integration with Gmail. Everything I do in Gmail is automatically and instantly synced with Salesflare. I don't need to worry about keeping my address book updated, all contact data is there without me having to lift a finger.

Cons

I would like to able to make calls directly from Salesflare. Their core functionalities are rock solid though, you can also tell they have a clear product map but are still in the early stages.

Easy to use, chose the software mostly because of the easy to set-up sync with e-mail. I also like the fact that the software is being developed and extended with new features quite fast

Cons

I miss things like invoicing, registering of hours etc. That's why we now also use a software package that includes all of that.

Our users are left with more free time to focus on sales. Communication history is easy to track and our users can do the majority of what they need to do right from their gmail with the chrome extension.

Would like the ability to add more data customization for more robust analytics.

Pros

I like everything about Salesflare, but what i like the most is their prices - Per month/user is a steal on a software with that many capabilities. You basically get all the features of the classic CRMs for half the price. Other than the price, the software is beautifully designed and easy to use. Cons

There's not much to dislike about Salesflare. Their prices are amazing, their support too and the software is very well made. Can't think of anything as of now.
