as my first CRM it pretty much serves its purpose, and it is a must-have tool

Pros

I love how it collects all emails into one place, then I can transfer them as customers or companies in the CRM section. Also, it has a nice integration with betterproposals which i have used to send proposals.

Cons

For now it lack the marketing element, like sending multiple email sequence which would help massively. This is something they are looking to build which will be great.

Pros

Ease of use, intuitive interface, reliability and all main functionalities of a great CRM system

Cons

I couldn't find out yet how I can tag accounts according to my own classification. Perhaps this function does exist, but just couldn't discover how to do it yet.

Hey Boris! Of course it's possible to tag accounts to classify them :-) Just hit edit and add a tag. Or if you like something even more organized, add a custom field type dropdown in "Settings > Customize fields".

Pros

I like that there is a mobile app that tracks phonecalls and stores the data. Salesflare sells itself on automation, and doing this automatically makes things very easy

Cons

THere are alot of features in salesflare.. So many, that things can end up looking a wee bit cluttered. A ver y minimal setup with be great so things feel less congested and free-er

At the beginning, it looks like any other CRM but as we started using it, Salesflare is far better than others we have tried. The way it populates information automatically is magical!

Pros

I love how Salesflare automatically picks up information from my email and populates that into the deal, along with syncing with calendar. This means we don't have to log meetings/notes manually and that saves a ton of time. Apart from that, their auto-enrichment of companies and people works like a charm. Once you get used to this new experience, there is no going back.

Cons

The search under "opportunities" can be made better from a UX perspective.

Salesflare integrates well with whatever email you are using. I like the side bar information panel.

Pros

This CRM is really made well for small businesses. It pulls in all your contact data from online sources and integrates it into your contact files.

Cons

This is an online web application. There is a mobile version and everything syncs well. The only thing i don't like it that it does not integrate with IFTTT.

Great, love the product and the people.

Pros

How easy data enrichment is. I've been on the back-end of 15-20k a year setups with other CRM's, and they didn't even come close in terms of enrichment.

Cons

That most of my friends are already locked in deep in other CRMs, making it difficult for them to make the shift to the superior Salesflare.

Pros

The ease of use, accessibility, and features makes it my no.1 choice for CRM. In the Past, I've used Zoho, Microsoft's SAGE and also Salesforce but there were always one or other issue. It helped to me increase my Sales Productivity and Forecast Accuracy. Mobile App is also good & help you to automate your tasks.

Cons

Can be a bit confusing at times especially when you have contacts who have more than one business

Pros

Eliminates a lot of manual work by automatically logging calls & emails. Very simple & easy to use. Can have leads automatically flow in from Zapier from my sources. Easy to log activity and updates to know who to follow up with. Swimlanes/stages give an excellent visual representation of pipeline.

Cons

Ran into a compatibility issue with Salesflare and a Gmail extension "MailTrack.io" I use to track email opens/clicks within Gmail. By using this at the same time I can't use Salesflare's mail & website tracking which would be more useful.

Fantastic!

Pros

Simplicity. It has enough functionality to manage your sales pipeline without it feeling overwhelming. This also makes it possible to easily get up to speed with the software and actually put it to use, rather than it gathering dust. I also like the fact that I can have it as an app on my iPad.

Cons

I think the how-to videos and knowledge database need to improve. It would also be great if Salesflare could use it's blog or Youtube to educate business owners on how to get the best out of it and use it effectively in one's business.

It helps me manage my communications with my customers and my business partners.

Pros

It has full-fledged applications on all platforms. It has a nice Gmail extension which contains the entire CRM itself so you can manage your CRM within Gmail.

Cons

I need more training on the software especially on the real usecases where it can be used. There only videos about the software functionalities. There are no training videos/tutorials on how to use the software to manage the whole sales process for example.

Generally easy to use. Followup of opportunities in an easy screen.

Cons

The way contacts are added is quite confusing. I have to keep adding contacts manually on a daily basis, takes too long, wish it was more automated. need mass dismiss / complete task option. Im not able to use it to make major improvements in my sales funnel. Its designed to be used everyday and always updated. If I take a few days off, im left very far from where I am.

Most importantly, looking for a sales management platform that will help us make more sales. If that's your goal, Salesflare is the answer. There are lots of expensive and over-complicated platforms on the market, but Saleflare is easy to use and makes us more efficient. Highly recommended.

Pros

The platform: Ease of use, automation features, no bloatware The people: excellent customer support

Cons

Tag management could be better, maybe i haven't figured it out but cannot see how to save filters.

Kanban style board for managing the status of leads and also the integration with landingi works great. The landingi forms on submit directly sends leads to salesflare.

Pros

It notifies me when customers are hot in my inbox. I like the social media feed that is incorporated. The mobile app is very useful. Cool sales funnel and tracking.

Cons

It's not as intuitive out of the box as it could be. The mobile app scrolls in a choppy fashion and when you update or add a new contact as a customer, it starts over at the beginning of your contacts list. I wish it would pick up where I left off.

I love having a system online that I can run my prospects through and keep track of wins and losses. I also love that it's becoming more and more connectable to other services over time. I haven't had to tap into the Salesflare support very often, but when I do, they're ready to help right away ... love that!

Pros

Customizable sales funnel that can evolve as my company does.

Cons

That it's not yet connected to all the other services that I use (but it will be at some point :).

Pros

What I like the most about Salesflare is that it's not HubSpot or Salesforce. It's not complicated. They keep things simple and that fits my needs. I run a solo business and they help me track leads, move them down the funnel and close them. I can see who I need to reach out and when. Email integration is great, to keep creating leads in an automated way.

We're really happy with the Salesflare as we've chosen after due diligence and through research. Looking for new extensions and features.

Pros

It's one such tool which is must for every online business. From sending cold emails to doing data gathering and scheduling your busy day.

Cons

Nothing as such but slightly difficult learning graph and no addon for Outlook.com is another disappointment as such.
