Like I said above, the ease of use is awesome and the customer service it the best. Pros I have been doing camps, clinics, skills training, leagues, and tournaments since 1993. I have used a few tools in the past. I like simple. NetCamps is so simple to use and understand. The customer support is the best. I asked for a phone call once knowing they are busy and they called me. Also, they say 24 hours for a email response, ha ha, more like 24 minutes, ha ha maybe not that quick all the time but literally I almost get answers within a 1-3 hours. I hope to never leave Netcamps. Cons At this point nothing. Love it. I guess maybe more customizable home page and may adding a ecom store would be cool. I've been using Netcamps for a few years now and with me running a sports league, makes my job sooooo much easier, so thank you! Pros The ease of use. I'm able to set up forms, payments, get a full list of registrations at the end. It's all just very straight forward and easy to use. Cons Only con I might have, would be every now and then a person registers using NetCamps, gets a confirmation and everything, but is then missing on the full list of signups I get at the end. Pros I needed an easy to create and use online camp registration platform. Days of sending flyers home or families printing off and mailing in paper copies are days of the past. I needed to improve how I got my camps out to people who are living in 2023 and on the move. NetCamps came to my rescue! Cons As of now I have ZERO issues with NetCamps!
