Pros: Logical, easy to use and covers all aspects of Contractor Control. Places the onus on the Contractor to supply the necessary detail, but also on the controllers to review and approve in a timely manner. The software can flex to suit any application or Client requirements.

Cons: Not much not to like, just wish more customers had this system and it was in wider use across the industry.

Pros: What makes SiteLink Web Edition so great is it's ease of use. There's almost no learning curve at all, very simple.

Cons: I use it daily and I never have to think about or worry about any aspects of it.

Overall: Ease of use, stress free, professional.

The WRENCH Software is having so many good features that are useful for Manufacturing Company.

Pros: Workflow concept and flow of documents are good for project document management. The web version ATOM is good to use. Inbox facility is best to maintain the huge documents and to track it. The support team is proactive in assisting.

Cons: The software can be more interactive and more customizable. The ATOM version should be more interactive. There is no provision for Help like in Microsoft Excel or any other software provides.
It should have option for opening a document link sent via email. Like it is found in Clearcase software.

Overall: On using this WRENCH software, we get best Document Management System. Lot of features that suits for Manufacturing Companies. Through this, we could get better reports to analyze the status of the project.

Pros: I spent some time evaluating the several main providers for email as part of my Technical Architect day job. They all provide similar features at this level including daily free messages etc. MailJet were by far my favourite - initially because of the well thought out restful developer API.

When I came to do a real life marketing email for my ComiCon the tracking reports, open rates and other information plus a really easy to use editor with A/B testing and segmented campaigns using a simple query process make this a product I highly recommend. I was surprised at how well they have made a Gui for putting together html/text emails.

Cons: The handy signup form that you can use to add people directly to your campaign list doesn't score so well on my seo scores so I would like to see that improved. Ideally with a direct to list button post. That is pretty minor compared to how well the rest of the service operates though.

Overall: Excellent reporting, easy to use design tool for creating marketing emails. Brilliant well thought out developer API, clear documentation & good daily free mail amounts.

Very helpful! I can see my schedule for work plus post if I need a shift covered

Pros: Easy communication between myself and my coworkers, all in one place, about all things work-related.

Cons: I don't have complaints about it but it would be cool if it were more organized. All scheduling in one place, all communication in one place, etc.

Pros: I like how everything is in one place. You can book off time, request days off, switch shifts, see your schedule, it calculates how much you'll earn that week etc, all in one place.

Cons: It always automatically takes you to the newsfeed section when you open the app which doesn't have any updates on it.

Pros: I like that the software tells me if the computer is in use, that's unique, I like the drag and drop file transfer, multiple connections simultaneously. Price is right.

Cons: I wish there was an app for my mobile phone so I can remote control on the go like LogMeIn for example.

Overall: Great remote administration for a very reasonable price.

Pros: 1) Easy to Use/ quick access to all our data
2) Catalog feature
3) Being able to link the database to our systems for quick update of the information.
4) Also none of it would be possible without the plytix team :D

Cons: These are not cons rather suggestions
1) I would like to be able to give access to many people of our plytix where they should just be able to view the database and download and not edit or delete
2) Should have a place where i should be able to take a download of the entire database of information.

Pros: It was easy to integrate, good instruction how to setup my domain. There is documentation a bit incomplete :) but at least most info is there

Cons: C library is not working at least i had some problems and now I am using just rest requests
Bad experience to debug I am not able to search bounced email.
Also no way to see bounce email text
Support is a bit slow, if you claim 7/24 and answer around 5 hours then i doubt it

Easy to use and teach all levels of personnel.

Pros: Visual keys and dashboards. The time is tracked accurately and per project. The reports are professional and useful for executives and front line employees to understand their work habits.

Cons: Limited users. when users log in offsite on mobile devise, coverage becomes a challenge. Users should not use while driving yet waiting to connect.

MPMM professional has been a valuable tool for me.

Pros: The way it is indexed throughout the table of contents, allowing for easy reference. I also like the completeness of the templates.

Cons: There is only one report example or template per topic. Perhaps access to a library that would contain many more examples would be beneficial to me.

Great for large client management, appointments and prospective member data storage.

Pros: The scheduler is phenomenal and updates almost instantly when adding clients. Searching is prompt. Lead transferring is an awesome tool and administrative restrictions make this an awesome software to track new hires functions.

Cons: Tech support is slow to respond. Frequent updates and downtimes, during business primetime.
A member recognition would be great. For example, if i upload a lead; Name, phone, email etc. When they come in and sign-in on our kiosk, if they change or add anything (middle name) it throws off statistics. It would be nice for the system to recognize at least two bits of information and ask if they are the same person.

Great experience easy and functional.

Pros: I enjoy Club OS for the ease of connecting with prospects, managing their interactions, and having them come up for follow ups in a timely manner.

Cons: I HATE how disconnected the emailing is. I want to have a conversation on the same thread if a prospect responds. This creates a lot of unnecessary confusion. If there were options to start a new thread, that would be ideal. Also there's still a lot of disconnect between Datatrack and those two systems are what my company uses most.

Overall: Benefits are ease of use, Datatrack connectivity, and prospects coming through in a timely manner for followups.

Pros: The schedule syncs up seamlessly with my google calendar. Very convenient to mesh all my calendars into one system. Easy to use and navigate. Straight forward with how it presents sessions. Lets you know if your clients are over their amount to use.

Cons: Made it a little more tedious to collect clients payment information. Getting very specific with what needs to be input.

Overall: A very easy to use scheduling and billing software for working with clients. Ease of scheduling and looking at what is scheduled.

Club OS works fine, but is often dysfunctional and slow when syncing with Datatrak.

Pros: User friendly. Easy interface. The program was easy for me to pick up when I first started sales, but continues to be a giant pain.

Cons: Takes hours or days to sync with Datatrak. Sometimes certain features never sync, and customer support asks for bundles of useless information. They also ask for illegal screenshots of Datatrak. Then they hound you for reviews. And they never fix the problem.

Overall: It allows me to manage my sales.

Pros: I like it's ability to sync with ABC seamlessly as well as the follow up system for our sales staff.

Cons: We were really excited to use the digital guest waiver on tablets in the club, but unfortunately this never worked out. Even after meeting with Club OS to try and resolve the issue, we were unable to get this issue resolved.

Overall: This is the best system out there for the price that we pay.

Pros: Club OS is very user friendly and it is easy to train my team on how to use the system. The features keep me organized, especially the daily follow up tab on the dashboard. It also allows my team to keep track of their KPIs on their own and work towards their goals without a constant verbal discussion of numbers.

Cons: There have been a few glitches that we have been unable to fix, such as duplicate accounts and inaccurate numbers. The system doesn't always interact well with DataTrak.

Overall: Easily able to track KPIs, stay on track for sales goals, and keep up with the efforts of my team on a daily basis.

Compared to a few other similar programs, Club OS if the best platform we've used at the gym.

Pros: Ease of use. Very simple and straight forward, yet effective in tracking prospects/leads/members. Excellent customer service!

Cons: The ability to create duplicate accounts for the same person and KPIs/top ten data is not always accurate.

Overall: Follow up with new leads and successful, high conversion percentage because of that.

Pros: I liked the fact that I could work at my own pace. I have always for very studious and I thoroughly enjoyed being able to complete one module and move on to the next1

Cons: There were several modules that could have covered the content in more detail. There were several modules probably needed to be updated.

Overall: I prepared me to do my jub.

Pros: Makes it easy to get ahold of prospects, current members, etc. and has timeframes to re contact them.

Cons: The name search function is pretty terrible. Regardless of what I type a certain prospect always pops up first even when none of what I've typed matches the name. Where most search engines will search for what you've typed I'll have the same results until I finish typing the entire name out and there are times I have to looks through all results to find the name I typed in.

Overall: I wasn't here when we used the old system but seems like things are logged better as far as who and when we contacted prospects or members previously.

It is a good way to monitor and keep track of leads.

Pros: I enjoy being able to see when members check into the gym. Also, the automated emails can be helpful with adding value into prospects coming into the gym.

Cons: If a prospect downloads a guest pass and then comes and check into the kiosk and there is one slight difference in phone number, name, or email it will not recognize as the same person. It can be hard to monitor and adds multiple accounts for the same person.

Pros: It keeps track of clients, but at the same time it is very adjustable. Everything is in one place, I dont have to jump around to find my clients.

Cons: Can get frozen or slow at times. This makes me have to restart the system. It happens about two times a week.

The software is easy to use and is a huge benefit to success with application of this program.

Pros: I like that you can text from the computer to clients and track how many times that client has been contacted. Direct link with Club systems for lead protection

Cons: How you have to input an email to submit form.
The "x" button to get out of a lead window was hard to notice at first

Pros: Prospect and Member call management. For prospects, call scheduling intervals are ideal. Retention calls for members ideal as well.

Cons: Frequent glitches/software update needs. At times, software is either really slow or not functioning at all.

Pros: I like most about this software is that I am able to push out follow up dates to when I don't want to call some one the next day.

Cons: I wish I was able to text my referrals in my system when I put them in OS. Another thing is being able to save a hot leads tab and so I can keep track of most potential sales.

Pros: Before club os, we manually had to store all of our leads that we gathered. Some were lost or not documented accurately. Now I am able store leads and make sure I have exhausted them before I delete. Since I have close to 100 leads a day it holds notes that I can always refer back to.

Cons: Conversions don't always work from datatrak to club os. Sometimes I will get webleads that I will get an email about but it won't show up in my club os. Or I will put a lead in to convert to a membership and it won't be converted to data trak. So I have to re plug everything in making the customer wait longer than intended.

Overall: More documented leads

I like how easy it is to use and the reports are nice.

Pros: I like the reporting aspect of the software. It has reports for everything that we need as a gym and as a fitness team.

Cons: I wish that it worked with our other systems, I don't think it's a compatibility issue with ClubOs though, it our other software.

Cons: 1. The status the leads are in is not easily readable or identifiable (e.g. "Missed Guest" "Intro No-Show")
2. Interface is a bit busy with a lot of options that Orangetheory does not use within the software.
3. Appointments & appointment times don't sync with our class times.
4. Integration with MBO is not perfect and people are in the wrong status. (e.g. members who have joined are still showing in CLUB OS as prospects.
5. Duplicate profiles are created.

Overall a great tool. Could be better with some added features.

Pros: Calendar is easy to use and manage. Easily able to access staff calendars. Reports are very useful.

Cons: Follow up call list can't be organized by date or other sorting methods. Adjusting what access users have is restricted to administrator.

Pros: I like that the scheduler. Also i like the way the leads come up. And the way my info was put in. I like the way the way my appointments come up on the front screen. I like that

Cons: The software is very clitchy. And the way the training packages won't work too is. It's a pain. Also, can't sign up for classes.

Pros: What I like most about this software is how easy it is to use and how organized it helps you become. When contacting multiple people a day it gets tricky remembering who you contacted when, but Club OS takes away all of that guess work.

Cons: What I like least about club OS is there is not a way to search by most recently contacted, or at least not that I am aware of. Sometimes I'll want to add a note to the person I previously contacted minutes after the fact. If I forget their name it makes it difficult to search.

Pros: seamless integration with CheckFree software. The ability to log communication with prospects and members is very convenient as well.

Cons: Difficult to transfer prospects and members from other clubs to trainers schedules. It would be more beneficial if personal trainers could search all members from all clubs for setting appointments.

Pros: Prospects and members were organized into respective categories nicely and I was able to easily navigate the site by searching exactly what I was looking for.

Cons: It was very ineffective for the purposes for which it was being utilized. Response time from virtually all contacts was slow to nonexistent, or an immediate "please do not contact me"

We like that we can reach our prospective clients through various channels and keep it all together.

Pros: The text/email features with the ability to keep track on the prospects account. These features are the main reason we still use this product.

Cons: Tracking for closing percentages is not very accurate. Also, quick population between Club OS and Mindbody is lacking.

I use ClubOS on a daily basis in the Anytime Fitness that I manage.

Pros: It's a great platform that encourages customer interaction through popular forms of communication. I get a very high response rate when I use it for debt collection and much higher response rate when I use it for marketing in lieu traditional phone calls and emails

Cons: The individual member files can be cumbersome to go in and out. LOTS of duplicate member/prospect entries

ClubOS can schedule, send reminders, & keep notes. Some features could stand to be improved.

Pros: Integrates (somewhat) with Club Hub, can access client notes as well as track measurements. It's easy to access member information and text/email them through the computer (BIG pro here!). Notes help keep staff organized and on the same page.

Club OS customer service is always prompt and quite helpful!

Cons: Some parts of UI are clunky and could be significantly improved. Notes don't always sync with Club Hub, resulting in having to either have both programs open to see member notes or manually sync to see them all through Club OS.

Overall: Scheduling and member notes all in one place.

Pros: What I like most about Club OS is that it's very user friendly and easy to use. I also love that the dashboard shows you everything you need to know all in one convenient place.

Pros: How easy it is to send out messages. I also like how to navigate to each person. I also like how you can see the history of conversations that someone has with a person.

Cons: Looking at the reports and also not being able to return a message from the email that I receive letting me know that I have a response to a message.

Overall: Communication and being able to send out on the spot promotions when they happen in real time. It makes marketing a little less stressful.

Pros: It is easy to use . I like that I can log on from anywhere and not just the gym. I also like that it sends my clients emails to remind them of their sessions

Cons: There have been a couple times where I have had clients sessions about to expire or they actually do expire. I would like there to be a feature that would allow me to extend the expiration date while the contract is still active. This creates a problem in me getting paid if the sessions are expired. It would be so much easier if I noticed that the sessions are about to expire and I could just go in and change the expiration date

Pros: Everything you could possibly need is in the same platform. Makes managing clients and generating new leads extremely easy and keeps everything organized with very little effort on the users end.

Cons: I do think that the calendar integration needs to be refreshed more frequently. I sync my club-OS calendar with my google calendar and sometimes it can take 24 hours for a new event to move over from club-OS to the google platform. If it could reliably update all of the time I feel like more users would be inclined to sync the two together.

Overall: Compressing many tasks into one software makes organization a breeze and allows for more time to be spent truly working on building my business.

It's a fantastic tool to keep track of leads!

Pros: Ability to review my session count and account of client (primarily for remaining sessions and history).

Cons: The screen is not sized to the monitor, it's SMALL. Old, non active members of gym appear on lists when one is looking up a client and if a client has rejoined the gym the expired/ the active one shows up. For the session verification function this is excess information that should be archived for administrators. It just gets in the way for me.

Pros: I can use it from anywhere. I like that o can email my clients. It's easy to set up my schedule. My employer is able to see where I am during the day, and can set up clients for me.

Cons: I can't complete sessions from my phone or ipad. I've had multiple times where I could not change my schedule from a phone. I don't like havi g to be at a desktop to compete sessions. Often we do not have a desktop available, and it show my client no showed. I'd also like it to include group exercise and other departments st our gym.

Pros: The process in making my calls, scheduling appointments and setting up my presentation for my gym. Everyday when using this product it has done nothing but wonders and always gets the job done. Nothing has ever been so simple until I used Club OS

Pros: The ease of customer contact and records that prevents from duplicate contacting. The fact you can see on one screen all previous contact to a customer. The reminders of upcoming or past due events helps keep up to date on contacts

Cons: We have yet to resolve an issue in which involves multiple users. My trainer and I end up getting the same individuals that come up for us to contact, when the other one has already contacted. They don't seem to sync. This forces us to still have to go in and make an entry.

Cons: The follow up function needs a better way of sorting prospects, i typically get five or so prospects it tells me to call amd then the rest of the list is just every lead ever in a random order causing me to have to sift through a lot of old leads. Pros: It's very user friendly, and it is easy to navigate. I like that it keeps things organized for you.

Cons: A few times I have sent an email campaign and never saw my sent emails in the history, I actually ended up sending the same email twice which I did not like.....the history showed the sent email campaign the next day... (so there was a delay).

Good and simple to use. I wish there were a few changes available, but it gets the job done.

Pros: User friendliness is definitely a pro. It took me less than an hour to grasp the concept of Hoe tonuse the tool effectively.

Cons: The time it takes to enter leads. If I have 25 leads. I have to enter each one in separately. The only way to enter multiple leads at once causes me to have to change the sources ansnevem then I'm still limited to the number of leads I can enter at one time.

Overall: An easy way to to organize leads and keep a record of how many times they've been contacted tonensure that I meet productivity goals.

Pros: The flexibility of communication options with leads. Being able to record the crm chain/trail is very helpful and manage the process is great.

Cons: The complexity of the program. While it is nice to be able to do a lot, sometimes you feel like get lost with all the features and capabilities that you don't fully specialize with what you can do really well.

Overall: A good crm system that allows a lot of control to manage data

Looks good at first, but once you start using it you'll find it's confusing to staff.

Pros: The schedule is easy to look at and understand. Other than that, the rest of the program lacks functionality and flexibility to adapt to each facility.

Cons: Marketing campaigns are extremely confusing. Follow-up tasks are not as easy to understand and track as with other software. Sales staff can't stand this program.

Pros: its so easy to use and easy to understand. It works great for new prospects trying to become a member at our studio.

Cons: it is sometimes slow but never a terrible problem and is always easy to fix! it has frozen on me a couple times

Pros: The interface and being able to track all of the stats. I also like how I can integrate my appointments with the rest of my staff.

Cons: Not being able to make many changes. Very good selection but it would be nice if I could manually set a time, or more things along those lines. Wish I could also reset stats on my own.

It's been a breeze using this system for my Personal Training business at Anytime Fitness!

Pros: The thing that I like the most about this system is the ability to reach out to my Personal Training clients via email or text right through the computer! It's quick, easy, direct & works great for follow-ups!

Cons: Honestly, I can't think of a thing that currently hinders or frustrates me about this system. Everything is so easy and convenient!

Club OS has changed the way that we reach out to members and is very helpful

Pros: Makes it easy to see who I'm reaching out to and it also shows me my current numbers for the month

Cons: I wish it synced better with MBO. If someone books a class I should be able to see what time it is on OS . Other than that the software works really well

Pros: Everything at my fingertips and very easy to use no matter what I am looking for. Enjoy the constant updates to make the software better.

Cons: Lot of times the software will crash or the numbers that it outputs are wrong and not the same of the work we put in.

I'm still learning all the features, but I like it so far.

Pros: It keeps me on track with what needs to be done with members and prospects. It tracks our contacts and prompts me when updates are needed.

Cons: Sometimes it does not sync with Club Hub very quickly. I'm still not familiar with all the features yet.

Overall: Its a good way to track whats going on with our business.

At first it was not easy to navigate throuhg.

Pros: That I can email my clients through this site and my clients can email me back without using my personal information.

Cons: That when I go to the availability tab to fix my calendar, I can only do a month at a time and sometimes it only defaults to 2 weeks. It gets a little frustrating when I want to make my calendar a frequent time off...

Overall: I can link this software with my phone and other apps I might use.

Pros: Its an easy way to follow up with membership prospects and personal training prospects. We can update the potential prospects about any upcoming promotions or online promotions via text or email.

Cons: One con that I don't like about club os is that we cant send a group email or campaign email for any unexpired or current prospects at one time. We have to do individually.

The program is easily accessible, as way as novice user friendly.

Pros: The ability for the user to input specifics about the professional and the client. The allows the provider the ability to serve the customer better.

Cons: The only con I would like to mention would be the inability to edit or change client status after due date.

I used it every day. Helps me stay organized and keep up with my busy schedule.

Cons: Sometimes, if I use the mobile version on my smartphone, I am unable to make any changes to my calendar so I have to switch to full site.
