The support articles are very well done and easy to follow. Pros Very robust software that is user friendly. You have the option to get into the weeds with all the options and categories, but also gives you the ability to keep things simple too. Cons There are a lot of tabs and menu options that make it a bit tricky to learn at first, but once you figure out where everything is and what it does, it is super helpful. I would encourage anyone using mindbody to consider this as the integration is seamless. Pros The options were great, they had most of all we needed to attempt to engage with customers and hopefully keep them coming back. The ability to reach out and send marketing campaigns was very useful. Alot of the automation saved time and the addition of referral was something not seen in other software. Cons The mindbody integration was something that was problematic for us. We weren't using mind body and had a software that really working for our small business and didn't want to use mindbody. If this worked as well without it at the time we may have been able to use this software longer. Pros Club OS is easy to use but also very straightforward. It is used more to increase overall revenue of your fitness center rather than a day to day functional software. Cons Club OS is great but is primarily better for scheduling with clients, not using as a general fitness center software. We are finding that more and more of our franchise clients are requiring their franchisees to use them. Pros We like that we have a console with Club OS. When we get a new client that uses them, we email our Club OS contacts to have them added and in most cases, they are added within minutes! Their team is always friendly and courteous. Cons It would be great if you could download reports from their site, in addition to them being emailed.
