Pros

The presentation for memberships. Being able to look at other people's schedules to help the members that come/call in with questions.

Cons

Not knowing how to function it properly. additional training needed. Not efficient on the calls list and guests login management. How to set new leads.

Pros

It is easy to use and it is easy to coach others on how to use. The dashboard is basically the bread and butter for our sales team.

Cons

Sometimes it can take awhile to find tips and hacks to make things easier. Updating from other interlocking systems can sometimes take a little longer.

Communication and being able to send out on the spot promotions when they happen in real time. It makes marketing a little less stressful.

Pros

How easy it is to send out messages. I also like how to navigate to each person. I also like how you can see the history of conversations that someone has with a person.

Cons

Looking at the reports and also not being able to return a message from the email that I receive letting me know that I have a response to a message.

I think it does a good job of the lead follow up with continued pop up in the list. I like the override feature and the transfer feather

Cons

I do not like that contact log from MBO do not sync and that cross regional members are going into the software. They should not.

Guest waivers are in a different program and that is time consuming club os needs to implement it into there home page

Quick glance for daily and monthly goals.

Pros

Dashboard gives a quick easy option to view daily and monthly totals vs goals. The email blast option is also very useful.

Cons

Managing, tracking, and scheduling calls for leads is not as functional as other lead programs I have used.

love the easy to see master calendars and how things are color coded to what type of appt they are the follow up section is awesome and keeps track of all your notes and contacts in an organized way

Cons

I have heard the tech support is not always the most helpful and some of the reports are not always accurate I don't like how you have to email a report to see it instead of just clicking on it and reading it

Helps me keep my team organized and up to their tasks, simply from being reminded of said tasks in a timely and effective manner.

Pros

Quality of organization. It is excellent for scheduling, and time management, as well as reminders regarding important follow ups.

Cons

It does not sync the greatest with ClubHub, as far as 'not interested' prospects, still showing up as prospects - emails I've sent through email, do not show up unless I've sent them through Club OS - and therefore, some of our prospects have been getting many more emails than necessary. It's memory for prospects YEARS ago is a little bit of over kill, and takes a lot of customization. I somewhat wish it only had a memory for so far back... So many buttons, it takes some time to grasp where certain features are found.

Cons

The only con I would like to mention would be the inability to edit or change client status after due date.

simplicity and proper structure. I honestly dont have complaints on you guys. The design is great and clean.

Cons

that you cant text few people at once. But this is legitimately only complaint I have. You guys do a great job updating website.

Pros

It's versatility. We can keep a schedule, make changes, follow up, and send email blasts. It's not just one area, it's everything! I enjoy how much use we get out of it.

Cons

I wish it came with a tutorial of sorts. With no training, the program can be a little hard to understand at first. It would be nice to have at least some training manual or video tutorial for how to get the best use out of the program.

Cons

There are some functions that are seemingly simple, mundane tasks, but not easily executed with the software.

I like the reporting aspect of the software. It has reports for everything that we need as a gym and as a fitness team.

Cons

I wish that it worked with our other systems, I don't think it's a compatibility issue with ClubOs though, it our other software.

A good crm system that allows a lot of control to manage data

Pros

The flexibility of communication options with leads. Being able to record the crm chain/trail is very helpful and manage the process is great.

Cons

The complexity of the program. While it is nice to be able to do a lot, sometimes you feel like get lost with all the features and capabilities that you don't fully specialize with what you can do really well.

Pros

My favorite things about the software are the schedules / calendar and the follow up process. Making calls are easy

Cons

I feel there should be a better way to separate the leads. On the follow up the leads are all together.

Cons

When it doesn't link up to Club Hub this makes it difficult to pull up members to sign the waiver and have to input the member all over again .

Constant updates can sometimes be slow. Once you get a hold of the systems concpets easy too use does take some time to learn

This is my first time operation a system with this type of software. It was a good experience and it benefitted me by helping me be more organized.

Pros

It is more convienent to contact and add people. Also, its good that it shows the recent activity/messages sent out to keep track of what was said.

Cons

Their should be easier ways to set up scheduling. Also, for the follow ups on the right hand side should have a different set-up for guest. The set-up should be people who came in as a guest that day and the other should be the amount of times that guest came in so we can keep of the amount times so we can start flipping them into members. I see that their is expired guests their but i beleieve it doesnt keep count of the times because everytime i click it, no one comes up.

Calendar is easy to use and manage. Easily able to access staff calendars. Reports are very useful.

Cons

Follow up call list can't be organized by date or other sorting methods. Adjusting what access users have is restricted to administrator.

Pros

Having used this software daily for eight or so months, it is very easy to set appointments and track leads. Also very easy to set up synced calendars for mobile devices.

Cons

Unfortunately the Mobile version of the website is not user friendly. You have to force desktop view to access most functions but then the information is very small, forcing you to zoom in and move a lot over the page.

I can link this software with my phone and other apps I might use.

Pros

That I can email my clients through this site and my clients can email me back without using my personal information.

Cons

That when I go to the availability tab to fix my calendar, I can only do a month at a time and sometimes it only defaults to 2 weeks. It gets a little frustrating when I want to make my calendar a frequent time off...

Pros

It is easy to schedule clients and look them up. The system is fast when it works. I like that it has different colors for appointments/meetings...etc.

Cons

It does not always send messages to clients. It freezes a lot but that could just be my computer. Every system has their ups and downs. The only other thing I do not like is that it is a hassle to add new training agreements.

Pros

Its an easy way to follow up with membership prospects and personal training prospects. We can update the potential prospects about any upcoming promotions or online promotions via text or email.

Cons

One con that I don't like about club os is that we cant send a group email or campaign email for any unexpired or current prospects at one time. We have to do individually.
