Pros This allows me to stay organized with my schedule when I am booking appointments and trying to follow up with my leads. It also allows me to change my schedule based on when I have off and allows me to easily set appointments for groups. Cons The only con that I can really think of for the software is that when changing my availability it takes forever to change my hours to when I'm open and when I can put a prospect in. November 27, 2017 3.0 It allows me to manage my sales. Pros User friendly. Easy interface. The program was easy for me to pick up when I first started sales, but continues to be a giant pain. Cons Takes hours or days to sync with Datatrak. Sometimes certain features never sync, and customer support asks for bundles of useless information. They also ask for illegal screenshots of Datatrak. Pros Being able to contact follow-ups in so many different ways at the click of a button. If they do not respond to a couple e-mails I have the option of sending them a text. Pros What I like most about this software is that it helps me to stay on track with daily tasks. The ease of having all my contact and scheduling information in one area has been beneficial. Pros Highly efficient, the prompting features are very helpful, and the tie in directly with our membership software is seamless. Pros Pre-planned texts and scripts available when you need them. Super handy when forgetting what to say or it's tedious to type a long message. August 17, 2017 2.0 Pros Being able to text and email without using my personal account. I also like the tracking of messages to members. Cons KPI's are inaccurate for the work I actually do. I email, text, and call quite a few members daily and I only see "follow up" members on my KPI's. I sell personal training and I do not get credit for units sold unless my manager enters them. Cons It is frustrating that this system doesn't receive information from MBO, which can sometimes create gaps in our lead analysis. Would be nicer if we could put notes anywhere and have them appear in both systems. As it is set up now, I have to click on the dashboard to get me back instead of having a default button that takes me back to my profile after viewing a prospective clients profile.
