Pros
Overall the system has allowed us to improve our timekeeping and streamline the payroll process. It's also provided a flexible way to maintain accountability records and record praises or improvement.
GoCo has been a great addition to our HR department. It does a nice job of holding employee information, payroll, benefits, employee handbook and notes can be entered, as well.
I love that it integrates with our ATS (Jazz HR) so flowing hired over is super easy. Our employees have a lot of documents to sign upon hire and having it all done electronically makes life so easy.
This is a pretty good product, super user friendly and you don't need too much support usually. The team was good about setting it up with relatively few hiccups.
Cons
I have no comment for this. Never had an issue to dislike anything.
I hear that there are edge cases for our HR setup at the company that GoCo has trouble handling, but they aren't major.
Did I change vacation because--someone made a mistake or because we gave someone a vacation day for performance reasons.

Pros: I love how Goco is as user-friendly as any sofware could get, yet it has proven to give great results.
Cons: The only thing that I dislike about Goco is the way it gets buggy sometimes, especially their new features.

Overall: Coco allows us to monitor and track our employees time throughout the day and hold them accountable. It allows us to manage overtime and have prompt conversations with employees about low/high hours.
Pros: Real time tracking and accountability for employees and leader ship. Allows leader ship to also monitor time off requests and balances.
Cons: We are a fairly new user, and at this time, I do not have any concerns about the product or its functionality.

Overall: In my experience GoCo is best used on a computer. Updating your tax or direct deposit information couldn't be easier. I believe it is a product worth using.
Pros: GoCo has a user friendly layout that is simple to navigate and use.
Cons: Load time on the app can be extremely long .

Overall: Mostly great. The app itself and its functions are very helpful and convenient.
Pros: Ease of functions. Very convenient for a company that employees work on multiple locations.
Cons: I have an android phone and the app seems to crash often. Apple users do not seem to have the same issues. I have to uninstall and reinstall.

Overall: I enjoyed my experience with GoCo as a starting platform. I think this is great use for small to mid size company.
Pros: I liked how clear and easy it was to use GoCo. Our employees were able to navigate clearly, trust data, and have a history available for reviews, benefit changes, and pto.
Cons: I would like to see more accurate reporting out of the benefits changes, headcount, and other reports. It was difficult as we were not able to pull reports from a point in time or range accurately. There was always manual adjustment that had to be made.
