Pros: Easy implementation of the system: the registration process, the survey creation, distribution and data analytics steps are very easy to understand as this is pre-built and intuitive. The app is extremely reactive, never crashed, and allow the collect of hundreds of guest feedback per day, so the response rate is very impressive. All guests understand immediately what is expected from them.

Overall: Instant Insight is a great app to track guest satisfaction level on real-time and raise service quality level. We deployed few tablet stands kiosks across our hotel, and move them time of time to measure various aspects of the guest experience (at our spa, breakfast venue, lobby, restaurant) so that we can collect many guest feedback and follow-up on the data with our teams.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get advices prior to purchase the hardware part (recommended tablets and stands) as there are many options available. Also, the basic software version includes one device, but additional ones can be purchased at the unit which is cost-effective.
