Clarcity is the best way of doing that when being on the move. Pros The thing I like most about Clarcity is that there's an option to use an app, which I've found much easier to use than the web version. I like that I can take a picture of a receipt and instantly upload it to my Clarcity receipt profile for later use. Cons The thing I dislike about Clarcity is that there are so many steps involved in submitting an expense report, ie: you have to n ame the report, select a location, select a description, assign an account number. And then when you go to approve an expense report, there are several steps as well. It takes me a long time to do just about anything in Clarcity. As for all other pages, they seemed to run well. Cons Not all of it was intuitive. While trying to submit an expense, the total amount at the top froze when I attempted to update it. Pros I truly like nothing more than simplicity, which make me love using the software. At times I find myself filled with joy using this software. Pros It's functionality. It's fairly easy to navigate through the system. For the most part it is self explanatory. Cons Not able to access it away from work. When trying to login away from work it doesn't seem to work or have the same functions available, but that could possibly be a user error. I'm able to do exactly what I need every time. Itemization can be a challenge but I suppose that would be with any expense system. Overall, I recommended it for the value. Previously, we used Concur. Pros Easy to use. Mobile Phone app available. Works like you expect. Cons Itemization process has you manually calculate each line item versus being automated.
