I think it's an amazing software that has so much potential, I compared it with a few other softwares that do the same and Anydesk it's the best by far.

Pros

I was new to this software but once I downloaded it for work reasons I was amazed on how easy it is to use! And how many things you can do with it! It is stunning how you can get access to someone else computer, being in control, and look at what they're looking. So easy to setup, takes a few minutes. Plus it's free of use.

Cons

It's an amazing software but maybe a few issues is that sometimes I found it lagging a bit, could be my WiFi of course but it happens that I have to close and re open the program to let it work properly. It happened just a few times but in case I'll contact the customer support, but for me it works fine by now.

Overall, AnyDesk is a reliable and easy‑to‑use tool that makes remote access feel way less stressful. It’s fast, straightforward, and perfect for quick fixes or helping friends and family with tech issues. Even with a few small hiccups, it still delivers a smooth experience that gets the job done without making things complicated.

Pros

AnyDesk is super convenient when you need quick remote access without a bunch of setup. It connects fast, works smoothly even on slower internet, and makes it easy to help someone troubleshoot their computer from anywhere. The interface is simple, lightweight, and doesn’t feel overwhelming, which makes it great for both tech savvy users and beginners.

Cons

Sometimes the connection can get a little laggy depending on the device or network, and a few features feel tucked away or not as clear as they could be. The security prompts can be confusing for people who aren’t used to remote‑access tools, and occasionally the app asks for permissions in a way that feels repetitive or annoying.

My overall experience with AnyDesk is highly positive, primarily due to its reliability and speed. It’s my go-to tool for remote troubleshooting because it connects almost instantly.

I love that I can run it as a portable .exe file (about 5MB) without a full installation, which is perfect for quick, one-off support sessions and it is cross-platforms.

Overall it’s been pretty solid for remote access and quick support tasks at work. I use it to help coworkers with software issues or to grab files from my office PC when I’m working from home. It saves me time because I don’t have to walk to someone’s desk or wait for them to explain the issue. There are small bugs here and there, but nothing that stops me from doing my job. For daily remote support it’s reliable enough and easy for non‑tech people to use.

Pros

I use AnyDesk at work mostly for helping coworkers when they get stuck or when I need to access my work PC from home. The best thing for me is how fast it connects. Even when the network is not great, the screen doesn’t lag too much and I can still control the other computer smoothly. The setup is simple, I just send the code and they’re in. File transfer is quick too, so I don’t have to email stuff back and forth. It’s lightweight and doesn’t slow down the system like some other remote tools I used before.

Cons

Sometimes the connection drops randomly and I have to reconnect again, which gets annoying when I’m in the middle of fixing something. The mobile app works but it’s not very comfortable to control a full desktop from a phone. Also the interface looks a bit old and could be cleaner. A few times the audio forwarding didn’t work right, so I had to restart the session. Not huge problems but small things that slow me down during busy days.

Overall Anydesk is a good app for a personal use. I wouldn't use it in enterprise environment. Free teer is a huge pro that helps with a lot of simple tasks

Pros

\- Anydesk is perfect for anyone who needs remote access for a simple task and/or as a back up Remote Access Tool - It's very easy to setup and use, that even end users without any prior knowledge were able to run it - Very good for a simple customer support tasks where you need to control user's computer to show them something/install something - Has a free teer which is always a pro

Cons

\- Main con is that functionality of this app is very limited for enterprise environment - it won't allow you to do tasks that can be done with other RAS - We had to delete Anydesk from all the systems after a cybersecurity breach in 2024 and only use it as an absolutely last resort
